Perfect Cottage

Lovely property in an ideal spot, within a short walk of the centre of Portree. Harbour views, warm, clean and welcoming. Faultless!

Cornucopia is in an excellent location on the edge of Portree, with great views, within a 10 min walk into town. A 2bed semi-detached cottage, it is more suited to a family of four than 2 couples but it is warm, well furnished (dishwasher and washer/dryer) and very comfortable. Excellent 1 1/2 hr walk from the door around the scorrybreac peninsula with fantastic views. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

A well equipped and maintained property. Parking is good and easily accessed. The view from the living area window was wonderful; much time spent looking across at Raasay, it's a view that we wouldn't tire of. The weather was mixed and we did what we wanted to. Would have been good if the Caretaker/Manager details had been up to date on the print out I received. This is the best holiday apartment we have ever stayed in and so well equipped.

This is the best holiday apartment we have ever stayed in and so well equipped. Beautiful views and great to have the Scorrybreac as the morning dog walk. Really quick walk to the local shops. Cornucopia is a lovely cottage in the ideal location, just a short walk from the amenities in Portree. The cottage is well equipped and quite spacious, the additional mezzanine is great if you’re a group of four. Despite the high ceiling in the lounge the cottage is very cosy, and the heating panels are easy to control so the temperature can be maintained. The only negative is the shower, it is far too weak. If you have thick, longer hair you will struggle to rinse it clean, it was actually easier to run a bath. The cottage is split level, with stairs down to the bedrooms and bathroom and then stairs up to the living and kitchen space, also there is a bank up from the cottage to the main road, so it may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. We will definitely stay at Cornucopia again.

Absolutely beautiful cottage! The views over the bay are stunning. Lots of shops,restaurants and bars all within walking distance yet you still have seclusion. Clearly whoever owns this house cares alot about what they do as attention to detail is fantastic. One of the best properties we have ever stayed in! Cannot praise it highly enough

Good clean accommodation. Good facilities in the cottage and close to Portree town centre with shops, bars and restaurants. Central location to explore Skye. The master bedroom is quite tight.

Property was in excellent condition, roomy and well equipped. Only 5 minute walked from center of Portree Good views from living room and mezzanine windows I would highly recommend this property
