Bathroom: Corner Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Initial fuel for open fire included. Wi-fi.Travel cot and highchair. Games room with table tennis and dart board. Enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. 1 dog welcome to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: This property sleeps a maximum of 4 guests including children/babies.. With sprawling cottage gardens and affording panoramic country side views this former gunpowder store sits in an elevated position within the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. Take one of the many bridlepath walks from the doorstep. The ideal holiday location to explore both the East and North Yorkshire Coast being just 2 miles from Sandsend and 4 miles from the ancient seaport of Whitby, renowned for its connections with Captain James Cook and Bram Stoker’s Dracula. Golf close by. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

Small dog/s only allowed.
There are low ceilings, doors and/or beams within the property.
