This apartments location close to the district's metro station makes sightseeing easy. The recently renovated interior features contemporary design, and comes with one twin bedroom, a second bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower, lounge-diner and separate kitchen.



'Barceloneta Beach III' is located on the Barcelona beach in La Barceloneta, the traditional quarter of sailors and fishermen and famous for its restaurants. It is next to the Olympic Port, which features over forty bars and restaurants and has become the new leisure area of the city that, together with over four kilometers of beaches, offers the possibility of all kinds of nautical sports.

Very close to a train station, a metro stop and various bus lines that allow easy access to the rest of the city and visits to other places of touristic interest, such as Las Ramblas, the Sagrada Familia cathedral or Guëll Park.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.

- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.

- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.

- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.

- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.

- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.

- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

HOURS:- Check in time: from 3.00pm onwards.- Departure time: before 11.00am- Please inform us of your expected arrival time

DEPOSIT- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.

OTHER CHARGES- Tourist tax not included in the final price

This is one of the best experiences that I have ever had. Just steps away you will be greeted with sweet smells of baked goods, coffee and sandwiches every morning at La Rosina cafe and literally a 4 min walk to Barceloneta beach. Some amenities require instructions such as the stove and tv, otherwise, this was the perfect place for a beautiful beach vacation♥️

Great location in Barceloneta

This was a comfortable property, very close to the beach and many good Tapas restaurants as well as a lovely Italian café, vegan café and poke bowl café pretty much right outside the door. It is quite busy right outside since the bus stop is directly at the top of the street and most people then walk down the street to the beach area. The air-conditioning worked well. Unfortunately, there was a strong smell of mould in the apartment, which you got used to but it never went away. I did notice mould on the ceiling in the kitchen. The apartment was dark, not like the picture shows. The towels were good and the bed comfortable and the shower worked well. The availability of the owner/manager for requests or problems was clearly communicated and response time was excellent.

Space was ample, Very close to the bus to take you Anywhere you needed to go in Barca from Park Guell to Sagrada Familia and anywhere in between. Great mercats any direction you go. Great restaurants and even a local laundromats to dry clothes (you have a washing machine in unit). Also, there is a heater which helps Big time, as well as AC. Its Safe, great location. You wont be disappointed.

Overall a great unit, we really appreciated the location and the AC! The unit is located on a non-car street. We second the comment regarding yummy vegan paella within walking distance. A couple notes are that the unit is much darker than in the photos and to read through all the info carefully (since it notes things like the additional tourist tax and that basic food items are not provided in the kitchen).

Great location by the beach. The apartment is small but functional. Soundproofing does not exist so you can hear everything from the outside. Even though the apartment is in street level, we felt safe. Communication with the host was easy and check-in was flexible. For us the staying experience was really good.

La casa si trova in una bellissima posizione, tra la spiaggia e la piazza della Barceloneta. É in una strada pedonale, d'estate si sente molto il via vai dei turisti diretti al mare, sia di giorno che la sera (ero giá venuta nel periodo invernale ed era molto più tranquillo). Ad ogni modo, essendo a piano terra é stata molto comoda per entrare e uscire con il passeggino. La zona cucina potrebbe essere curata meglio. Ho avuto qualche problema nell'impostare il condizionatore.

Too loud, you could hear every foodstep or talk on the street. Inside the app it was also very noisy, with machines running at every impossible hour when you tried to sleep. The little bedroom with the bunkbed is like super unsafe, the security measure for not falling out is completely loose. There is also no naturzl light in the app, which makes it just a dark space. Didn't like it and will bever rent from these guys again. Plus contract you need to sign is completely in Spanish and he does not even give you one minute to read it. Very dissapointed.
