Mountain views in a quiet country setting
Self-contained cottage in a 2 ha Hazelnut Grove on the Farm - fully equipped with modern facilities, air conditioner, kitchen and laundry.
Two bedrooms 1 queen and 1 twin share and sofa bed in the living room.
We invite you to stay at our Boutique Eco Village.

5 mins to Lilydale Falls, shops, takeaway, bottle shop and Summer time swimming Pool 1km.
Hollybank Mountain Bike Tracks, Treetops Adventure and Trees Adventure Underwood is 7 mins drive.

Launceston is only 25 mins drive away. The Airport is about 45 mins.

On the farm we have Bandicoots (nocturnal), free range Geese and Chickens. Hazelnuts are our main crop with many varieties of berries and fruits in season. Honey harvested from our bees.~ you can try our 150 year old 'Cracker'.

We especially welcome those who are interested in growing and understanding the consciousness and value of good nutrition grown with love. Blueberry U- pick during summer and guided farm walks all year round for a small fee.

Honey house and climbing tree are interesting spectacles as is our iconic Comet Windmill and Stone Circle which top the farm.

We invite you to 'Try Morphy Arts Cafe' sit a while, enjoy the views, atmosphere and free 'wi fi' and have a cuppa. Meals by invitation - Vegetarian only.

Great little cottage!

We loved our stay at Cherry Top Farm. The 2 bedroom cottage was perfect for us & a great base to explore the region. Short stroll to the Main Street & close by to hiking & wineries. We love the cute little touches in the cottage such as the herbs & peas.

Wonderful peaceful property. Ideally located to visit places of interest everywhere. The owners are lovely and leave yoy in peace. I would recommend Cherry Top farm to anyone. Mainly for a long term stay. Loved it .

Well worth another visit

We had a great time. It was a lovely walk into the cafe in town and market on the Sunday. A peaceful setting with lovely surrounds conveniently centrally located for daily drives to other places we wanted to see. We joined our hosts for dinner one night and had some great conversations.

Hidden Gem

Wow! What a fantastic place to finish off our trip to Tasmania. We booked for 4 nights and fell in love with our little cottage. Lesley met us on arrival and made us feel so welcome. Cherry Top farm is central to many tourist attractions in the Tamar Valley and John & Lesley provided a guide on their website to a variety of sites to visit in the area. The cottage was clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was adequately equipped if you want to cook meals. The fridge was a good size, the laundry facilities were a plus and overall there was a cosy vibe. We highly recommend this accommodation and say a big thank you to Lesley and John for welcoming us.

Thank you Lesley and John for a lovely stay at Cherry Tops. It was wonderful to spend some time walking around and learning about the things you do on the farm. This little cottage was lovely, clean and cosy, exactly what we were looking for with a young family after a long day walking in national parks we were able to cook some good food and relax. Excellent farm stay!

Lucky to stay in the farm for 2 nights. Beautiful and quite surrounding. Very warm-hearted hosts. Convinent location. Very clean and cosy rooms. Fresh eggs, fruits, milk and juice for free! We also got a free farm tour from Leslie. My son fed the hens and taste some fruits! Thanks so much! John and Leslie May

Friendly hosts, cosy cottage

We live in the city and love farmstays because it gives our kids a chance to really roam and explore. Cherrybrook met all our expectations twice over, our daughter fed horses and chickens, picked veggies and happily adopted the cat. The cottage was warm and very comfortable, private but with sweeping views across the valley. Overall a really great holiday with wonderful hosts, thank you!
