Patrick is a great very accommodating host. We had a pack and play for the baby waiting for us inside when we arrived. Being right on the beach and enjoying the views was amazing . Definitely worth staying for the location! However , don’t expect much from the house. Poorly ventilated inside had this old moldy smell especially downstairs where the bedrooms are. Seeing the plains landing and taking off was also really fun. You could barely hear it so the sound didn’t bother at all. Location! Location!

We're glad you enjoyed the views from the house. We think our location offers some of the best, unobstructed views on the south shore of the island. But we were surprised by your comment that the house was poorly ventilated given that each of the bedrooms has windows on two sides, including ones facing the ocean, so it's almost always easy to generate some nice cross-ventilation. Also, the glass panel on the storm door to the main entrance is convertible into a screen door, which provides another good source of ventilation throughout the downstairs. The upstairs area has windows on all four sides, plus ceiling fans in the living room and kitchen, which ensures excellent ventilation.
