10 minutes from Ste Anne, its shops and its magnificent white sand and coconut palm trees,
also 10 minutes from those of St François, its golf course, its marina, its shops and restaurants, its casino and its shops.
The villa offers:
an American kitchen, a cellar,
a living room open onto a large terrace housing the dining area and a lounge from which you can contemplate
the swimming pool (10x5 salt) and the garden,
3 air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and WC
1 air-conditioned extra bedroom with sofa bed
1 guest toilet
- bedroom and bathroom windows are fitted with mosquito nets
- the terrace bordered by a wooden barrier provides additional security to the pool alarm:
when closed, it prevents young children from accessing the garden and the swimming pool
- flat screen TV
- internet connection (orange box)
- Tank to guarantee running water despite frequent water cuts in Guadeloupe
