This six bedroom architecturally designed modern house was planned to take full advantage of the sweeping ocean and saddleback mountain views from almost every room of the house. It was designed to maximise children friendly outdoor/indoor living with enormous front and rear decks joined by a stylish large internal living area. Overall, the house creates a sense of total relaxation that can be enjoyed by both children and adults with only 200m from town centre and 500m from Werri Beach.

Things to do

Relax on the deck, watching the kids play in the pool or do the following:

* A 2 min walk to the centre of Gerringong and 5-10mins to Werri Beach.
* Werri Beach and 7Mile Beach are great for surfing all year
* Jamberoo Action Park only 20 minutes away. Also visit Minnamurra Rainforest and the Illawarra Fly Treetop Walk.
* Local 6km walk from Kiama To Gerringong Coastal Walk
* Gerringong markets third Saturday in the month
* Berry markets first Sunday in the month
* Kiama markets third Sunday in the month
* Local Wineries: Crooked River Winery in Gerringong, Coolangatta Estate Winery near Shoalhaven Heads or Silos Estate Winery just past Berry. All have excellent restaurants
* Gerringong Bowling Club or the Gerroa Boat Fishermen's Club are only a complimentary bus ride away. On the first Friday of the month enjoy a movie at the Gerringong Town Hall
