The Beach House Gerringong newly renovated & accepting bookings from June 2024 onwards. A chilled beach house for up to 6 guests. Your own Yoga & Pilates studio plus Mineral Pool ( unheated) beautiful outdoor firepit area for winter nights. Perfect wedding guest accommodation.
Pet friendly on application please enquire prior to booking.

The Beach House lets 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to guests – 1 King bedroom & 2 Queen bedrooms.

The Beach House can comfortably sleep 6 guests.

Start your morning with meditation, Yoga or Pilates then a leisurely beach walk which is only 450 mtrs away or a surf then meander home & wash the sand off in the outdoor shower, maybe a dip in the mineral pool followed by a leisurely breakfast on the sundeck admiring the natural wetlands, abundant birdlife and expansive green mountain views.

Kick back in the pool house cabana admiring the mountain views which also doubles as your very own private Yoga & Pilates studio!

Unwind with you favourite wine in front of the outdoor fire watching the sun set and plan what bbq feast you will conjure up whilst you creating lifetime memories with family & friends.

There is an off leash beach area at Werri beach perfect for your fur baby where they can swim, run and play to their hearts content, only a short stroll away (approx 500 metres). The Beach House is only pet friendly on application PRIOR to making a booking. Please enquire.

The Kiosk at the south end of the beach is your perfect post swim coffee spot.

Comfortable but feels luxurious too

The house was cute, nicely decorated, comfortable and was deceptively roomy. Felt homey but also luxurious. We stayed here a couple nights before and after our wedding and were really happy with our choice. Our dog liked the backyard. We would stay again.

Relaxing south coast retreat

We loved our stay at the beach house. Nicely appointed with well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and loads of space. Nicely manicured garden and close to beach. We would love to stay again.

The accommodation was exactly what we were looking for adequate room for 4 adults. It was a little further to the shopping centre than we expected, but closer to the wedding venue. I would like to explain why I gave only three stars for cleanliness. There was two bobby pins on the floor in the bedroom to the right of the hall way and a dead huntsman spider as well on the floor. One of the lights (the one directed at the mirror) in the main bathroom was out. The toilet set in the on suite was very lose. However, the kitchen was very well set up with many alternatives for serving and cooking food. Overall a very enjoyable weekend.

A curate’s egg

Sleeping accommodation was OK. Lovely kitchen however dining area cramped with unnecessary plants trailing over overhead light making access to the table difficult. Table is very unstable. Trays with shells and other paraphernalia on tables annoying. House is called ”beachhouse” however the beach is quite a distance from the house. Owners instructions didactic and diminish a holiday feel.

Lovely outdoor area

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the boho beach house, particularly hanging out in the lovely backyard on the deck and in the outdoor lounge area. We fell in love with the decor in the photos online. It’s a little further from the beach and closer to the motorway than I imagined. While it is child-friendly I took my toddler and had to move some breakables out of harm’s reach, and there is a cactus plant in the backyard which proved too tempting for my little one. But it would be fine for older kids.

Perfect location

We booked this property for our bridal party to stay at and groomsmen to get ready for our wedding at SeaCliff House which was just a couple of minutes down the road. The backyard was excellent and perfect for photos. Interiors were good however the one aircon unit in the main living space made for a chilly night in the master bed which was tucked away. Otherwise, a great property!

The Boho Beachhouse.

House and garden was very clean, and very well equipped. There was nothing we needed that was not provided. Check in process was easy, and communication was simple. Outdoor area is great for relaxing, weather permitting. We love Gerringong.

Lovely winter getaway

This property is on the main roa∂ running into Gerringong- which we were a bit ∂aunte∂ by. However the main be∂room is at the back, facing east so there was no noise an∂ was gloriously sunny in the the morning. The back ∂eck is also is sun for the morning which was lovely for a lazy breakfast. A back cabana picke∂ up the sun until later afternoon. My parents staye∂ in the front rooms an∂ reporte∂ they slept well without noise ∂isturbance. Werri Beach has a leash free section well marke∂ towar∂ the northern en∂. Also the southern beach hea∂lan∂ is a large green area that is leash free. Enclose∂ back yar∂ was excellent for our ∂ig. We ha∂ a great weeken∂.

We had a fantastic stay at the Beach House, perfect for the family and the pooch!

We had a week at the property. A short walk to Werri Beach where the kids surfed and the puppy played off leash with all of the locals. The house is great with super comfortable beds and furnishings: Jeana was great to deal with, Would recommend.

Relaxing, beautiful, best location

Our group of 7 stayed 2 nights while attending a wedding. The house was beautifully styled and there was plenty of space to get ready before the event and relax afterwards. The aircontitioning worked a treat during a heatwave, and the kitchen is incredible - an opportunity we missed utilising had we more time for cooking! We would highly recommend this house for a small group of friends or a relaxing family holiday

Beautiful house, great location

This house was perfect for me and my partner to get away for a week. The house was spacious and well decorated and had a really great vibe. It was in such a good location, just minutes from the shops and a good distance to the beach and main roads too but without much street noise. The vibe in his property was relaxed and beachy and really made us feel like we were on holidays. When sitting out the back relaxing in the sun we felt like we could almost be anywhere. We loved escaping to here and would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Fabulous house, great location, thoughtful & friendly host. We had an amazing & enjoyable weekend.

The beach house was fabulous. We really enjoyed our visit to celebrate my Mum's 80th birthday. There was even a lovely birthday card & chocolates for her when we arrived. The house has everything you could need, is close to town centre & a short drive to Berry. Thank you so much for an amazing weekend!

Very relaxing!

Lovely designed, comfortable, spacious house with lots of different zones to chill out in. My favourite was watching the birds from the cabana - including a black cockatoo who visited one morning. Only minor downside was the king bed mattress which wasn’t quite as firm as the one I’m used to.

Magical Property

The Beach House has been beautifully decorated and has enough space for everyone. There is a fabulous deck with a table and chairs and a day bed to relax. There is a fire pit for winter and an outdoor gazebo which includes a television to watch movies under the stars. There were plenty of staples eg coffee and tea etc. It was comfortable and had two gorgeous bathrooms. I didn't realise it was on a main road and was disappointed but didn't need to be - we didn't hear traffic at all and there is a small parking area next to the house for everyone to park safely. We had our book club weekend away here - seven women - and had a great time. Highly recommendable!

Fantastic

Omg... LOVED, LOVED, LOVED our accomodation!! The house felt so homely. We were there for a getaway with family and friends for my hubbys 50th birthday weekend. A bottle of red was left for us as a welcome gift. The house was beautifully decorated clean and comfortable. Took both of our dogs, they enjoyed it too. Superb outdoor entertaining area. We will be back!!

What an amazingly beautiful home!!

Absolutely loved our stay at The Beach House. The house is beautiful inside and in the perfect location. With the views out the back making us feel like we were completely alone. The house itself has everything you could ask for, and the backyard with the firepit and little bungalow were great at night! Can't wait for our next stay down at The Beach House!

Absolutely beautiful place, highly recommend

Our family of five and pet kelpie cross had a beautiful two nights stay. It is clear how much pride the owner takes in maintaining this lovely property, and ensuring you feel absolutely welcome. We had two wonderful evenings toasting marshmallows over the fire pit, drinking the fabulous bottle of red wine that was waiting for us on arrival, while enjoying the beautiful views and the endless flocks of birds flying overhead. We are very glad we picked this gorgeous spot for our getaway.
