I am so sorry that you did not have enough hot water for showers and that you did not tell me anything about it. Your problem would have been solved in 5 seconds. The hot water for showers is heated, as you say, by solar energy, but also these solar pannels can be supported by electricity if the water is not hot enough. All you had to do was plug in the solar panel. I would have told you which socket it was and you would have had unlimited hot water. It is really a pity that you did not mention anything... To say I was very disappointed to read this review is an understatement. To share your opinion with other guests is always appreciated. To tell total untruths is not. It is damaging to a business. But Holiday-rentals gives me the chance to reply. We had a meeting on Friday morning and you had my phone if you might need anything. You called me onThursday at 8.35 pm telling me that wifi didn't work and it was very cold. There were two electric heaters in the house but you wanted another. It took me 35 m. to arrive as I live 35 km from there.The wifi was working. You didn't know how to watch your netflix. That was the problem! Information for your holiday, inc. supermarkets (name, situation, address, timetable, distance) and wifi were in the information sheet.I spent 1 hour explaining everything to you. You phoned me on Friday at 9.15 am grumbling about the hardness of the mattress . New softer mattress were bought and in the meantime you were using the mattress toppers we had onsite. On Saturday night you called me telling that all the bulbs in the main bedroom went out. We went there and it was untruth. That'd be the straw that breaks the camel’s back and I suggested you to leave I would refund your money and you could enjoy the 11 days still left in another place... but obviously you wanted to be my guests! You were only asked to do 3 ithings: 1 – Air the house during the day as Lanzarote is very humid at this time of the year 2- Cover the pool at nights as temperature drops off considerably 3- Leave the key on the table before leaving the house NONE of them were done !!! You checked out leaving it with an absolute filthy cooking smell ! You did not open any window in your whole stay ! You did not cover the pool ! You took the set of keys including the safe one ! You did not want to open windows during the day but did you really want to sleep with windows open with 14-15ºC at nights? 3 electric heaters on... wasn't it very cold ? It amazes me that after my offer of refunding your money you would continue to be in my house 11 days more without being able to enjoy the house neither inside nor outside. It must have been pure torture to have to endure such an experience. All our guests in general, enjoy their stay with us. You have been the ONLY exception. It has been a nightmare hosting you! I would suggest that you maybe holiday at home, It seems you would not enjoy either there! So pretty much at a loss to know what to suggest!

Liebe Erika, Wenn ein Nachbar während Ihres Aufenthalts mit Bauarbeiten beginnt und diese störend sind, kann ich nicht viel tun, außer Ihnen bei der Suche nach einer alternativen Unterkunft zu helfen und Ihr Geld zurückzuerstatten. Ich werde nicht darüber diskutieren, wie ehrlich ich bin, aber ich befürchte, dass Sie dieses Mal nicht ehrlich sind, wenn Sie behaupten, dass ich den Gast komplett ignoriert habe. Es wäre für beide Seiten fantastisch gewesen, wenn Sie mir Ihr Unbehagen gezeigt hätten, was Sie erst am Tag vor Ihrer Abreise getan haben, indem Sie meine Nachrichten vollständig ignoriert haben. Ich bemühe mich sehr, meine Einrichtungen zu verbessern und meinen Kunden einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Wenn ein Nachbar Bauarbeiten beginnt, die den Urlaub meiner Gäste beeinträchtigen, obwohl ich das nicht verhindern kann, bin ich bereit, das Geld zurückzuerstatten und diese Zeit für Wartungsarbeiten an meinem Eigentum zu nutzen. Sie wissen, dass Ihre Bewertung völlig unfair ist und überhaupt nicht der Realität entspricht. Mir ist bekannt, dass Sie während Ihres 42-tägigen Aufenthalts an 2 oder 3 Tagen gestört wurden. Ich bin auch überrascht über Ihre Kommentare zur Grillzone, wo Sie täglich saßen, um sich am Feuer zu entspannen, mit dem Feuerholz dem ich persönlich für Sie gekauft habe, wie von Ihnen gewünscht. Tania reinigte das Haus wöchentlich. Da es an einem der 7 Tage, an denen das Haus gereinigt wurde, Calima ( Staub in der Luft ) gab, verbrachte Tania 6 Stunden damit, die Außenbereiche gründlich zu reinigen und sicherzustellen, dass kein Staub vorhanden war, da Kyto wegen seiner Atemprobleme den Staub sehr schlecht vertrug. Ich verstehe nicht, warum Sie Tania nicht gebeten haben, den Bereich des Grills zu reinigen, wo Sie täglich so gute Zeiten verbracht haben. Ich weiß nur, dass Sie bei Ihrer Ankunft von der Poolzone begeistert waren und sagten, es sei ein Paradies, und Sie lobten die wöchentliche Reinigungsarbeit von Tania. Sie wissen, dass das, was ich sage, völlig wahr ist, denn wenn mich etwas auszeichnet, dann ist es meine Ehrlichkeit. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Teresa Rivero
