WEEKLY MINIMUM YEAR ROUND, Rental from Saturday to Saturday in peak season (Dec - April).
Enjoy this Gulf-front condo ideally located directly on a beautiful, secluded beach in the middle of the island and offering everything you want in a dream Florida getaway. Soak up the sun at your private heated pool or hit the white sugar sand beach where you can walk for miles in either direction. Relax on your lanai to read a book, listen to the waves and watch the palm trees bending with the gulf breezes. Magnificent unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico allow you to catch our famous sunsets while sipping a cocktail on your lanai.

Villa Del Mar 301 is a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, air conditioned third floor unit that sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and in room cable TV, while the guest bedroom boasts 2 double-sized beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room, along with a large flat screen cable TV. The 1/2 bath with vanity and toilet connects to the shower room for your guests' convenience. This charming vacation home has just been remodeled with tile throughout, new baths and an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Of course, the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, dishes, cookware and utensils you will need. High speed internet provided. Laundry facilities are in the building. The building also provides a BBQ area for all guests.

Five minute walk to the supermarket, Bayfront Bistro Restaurant, or Snook Bight Marina. Catch the trolley in front of the condo up to Times Square and the Pier or down to Lovers Key State Park. Vacation here at one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida where you can spot dolphins swimming by and collect seashells and sand dollars all day. You can charter a boat and go fishing, rent wave runners or ride a parasail. Take a trip on the Casino boat or run down to Key West on the Key West Ferry; enjoy our many great restaurants and beach bars; go shopping or rent a bicycle to explore the island. Exceptionally Clean

This condo is very well kept and clean. Many restaurants available on the island with easy access via car or trolley. The only negative is traffic entering and exiting the island. Fifteen minute delays each way are normal.

This property was excellent . If I could change one thing it would be the futon as a sofa, very uncomfortable. In the summer months this probably wouldn’t be an issue because there are so many more daylight hours so one is not inside as much. Otherwise, this is a beautiful condo with everything that is needed for an excellent vacation! We loved the umbrella and beach chairs that were provided. We spent a lot of time on the large balcony with the gorgeous view where, if you’d like, you can watch the sunset every evening but the beach is an even better place to see it, just steps from the condo! We loved our time here in December, it was just lovely!

small family get away

clean, close to beach plenty of beach chairs available. Only thing they can improve on is to have 2 Full baths. Very nice tho and needs a little more seating in the livingroom.

Needs some improvement.

The property was dirty, cabinets had crumbs in them sugar ants were all over the kitchen and in the bedroom all over the comforter. The furniture had much to be desired a futon was the sofa which was not comfortable to sit on at all. The location was beautiful but not clean or comfortable.

This rental property was very clean and on the beach. It was far enough away from the main parts of Estero Blvd that you don’t have to worry about the traffic or chaos.

This place is great! Clean, convenient, and had everything we needed. Beach towels , chairs, umbrellas, even a few toys for the kids. The pool could use some help, and the gates to the building were hard to open. Couch was uncomfortable, but none of these would keep me from coming back. Five star review! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Spectacular View and Steps from Beach

Nice place and just steps from the beach. Views are worth it. The condominium however is not kid friendly, the snowbirds seemed very annoyed we were there. We enjoyed our time at the beach most days and tried to go to the pool minimally to not disrupt others stay. Pool is smaller and needs some TLC, but fine to refresh in. Our room was nice and comfortable. I would recommend older families or adults to stay here vs families of smaller children.

Views to Remember!

The checking process was simple. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the furniture was up to par. The views from the master bedroom, the living room and the balcony were amazing. The building grounds and grill were well kept and there aren't that many units in the building making it perfect for social distance. The only negatives about the condo, was the divider door from the half bathroom to the full bathroom was faulty, you struggle to keep your fingers from getting caught and the low flow of the shower was inconvenient. But, even with those two negatives, I would go back in a heart beat!

2nd time visiting

For the 2nd straight year we stayed at this property. We simply love the location! It is just far enough from Time Square that it is peaceful, but close enough that it's just a short drive away for dinner or the public beach. Perhaps second only to the closeness of the beach, the Publix nearly across the street is super convenient. If we stay in Fort Myers Beach we will mostly likely choose this property for the 3rd straight year. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!

If you find anything wrong with this unit, it can only be due to personal preference!! Loved it

NO issues, very nice unit. Would liked to be able to see more of beach from pool area but the shrubs give privacy some may prefer. Unit had everything we needed. Easy transaction.

My husband and I just returned today from our week at Fort Myers Beach. The condo was excellent. Spotlessly clean. Great balcony. Well stocked kitchen. And we were really impressed with the quality of the beach chairs and other equipment. We started each day with an early morning beach walk and ended each day taking in the gorgeous sunsets with a nice glass of wine. Perfection. Highly recommend!

The condo was extremely clean, and just the right size for our family. A little more comfortable furniture than a wicker couch and chair would be nice in the living room, but for as little time we spent sitting in them, it was a non-issue for us. The Publix is about a 1 minute drive, or 5 minute walk, and proved extremely convenient. We enjoyed our stay and will very likely rent it again in the future.

Perfect beach front!

The washers and dryers are old and need to updated!!!!!! Lost money, coin dispenser jammed up every load!!! With everything you are required to do before you leave the house cleaner should only have about 1 hour of clean up from this condo!!!!! It sure would have been nice to have a comfortable couch and chairs in the living room instead of whicker furniture.

Quite Nice

We stayed here for a week with our 3 kids ages 2-8 and it was great. Positives; The view is fantastic, you can hear the ocean from your bed! The screened in patio is wonderful. The pool was nice and warm even though we had some very cool days. Literally steps from the beach which is SO convenient, especially with little kids. And the beach itself was lovely. The condo residents were quiet and friendly. It had everything we needed to cook meals. Nice bedding and towels. Fast WIFI. Negatives; Noisy road construction (but that would be an issue no matter where you stayed it seems like they are redoing the whole main road). The elevator was slow and even quit working a day or 2 while we were there. The laundry room is on the ground floor and only one washing machine was working which was a slight inconvenience, and there is no change machine on site at least not that I could find. They request that you don't turn your thermostat below 74, which was mostly ok this time for us since it was cool outside anyway, but if it had been hot outside 74 would not have been cool enough for us personally. All in all it was a nice place to stay and I would probably stay here again.
