do not rent this property under no circumstances!!!!!!!

The worst guest contact and the the rudest owner !!!!!! They don’t care if you are stuck in the middle of the snow on their drive way and can’t get in to the house. There is no help for that !!!They played the game of not knowing why the room has not been cleaned . Very heartless and cold people, very disrespectful. She should not be able to rent her property to anyone .

Based on our understanding, the homeowner went out of their way to accommodate you well in advance of the advertised check-in time. They also went to generous measures to make things right despite your group going far over the maximum occupancy of this cottage. Lovely cabin with a view!

A grocery store where they would make you sandwiches, a few restaurants, a coffee shop, a golf, a pool closed for winter. Ah, the in-sink-aerator switch is all way to the left of the sink and the coffee machine takes ground coffee, so you know what coffee to bring! Great walks in the woods: the Enchanted Forest, the San Andreas Fault, the waterfall,... Plus a wonderful host I could text as needed. Thank you, stay safe!

Home away from home

When you pull in, it is gorgeous!! No cell service but you can get the wifi password after booking to call with wifi.calling. Karla, the property owner, answered right away when we asked to turn off the alarm system to enter. The inside was clean, with linens, towels and extra blankets if it gets way too cold at night. Because my spouse and I wanted to over indulge in some alcoholic beverages the last night, I asked permission to stay past 10am checkout which she agreed to with no hesitation BUT I made sure I kept my end of the deal by cleaning what (I hope) her housekeeper would have done. I had read a review that there was a bed not made so I wanted to make sure the next guest got what we walked into, clean sheets, towels, and blankets. Karla is an outstanding host and I wish her and the Evolve team nothing but the best in the future. I appreciate her for allowing my family to stay, even though there was a mishap that was resolved. Fingers crossed we make it back when it is snowing!

Location was great, and it was well stocked. We also liked the hosts arranged hidden easter eggs for our kids to find. Overall, it's a great property for families to enjoy the trails around the very lsid back pine mountain club area. Note: the only gas station in town was closed causing great anxiety to us.

Great Experience

We had a wonderful mini vacation. The cabin was beautiful and clean. The owner was very nice and quick to answer any questions that I had. We will definitely be renting again.

Poor service

When we get there the driveway was full of snow and we couldn’t get in to it and owner of the property said She couldn’t do anything with so we take 3 hours to shoveling snow in driveway and steps and than heater wasn’t on so house was freezing and there was now hot water , and we have to turn on the heating and house power on to get ready after 2 hours . Dishes wasn’t clean and both bathtub and kitchen sink are not draining water properly . And owner just getting money and try to do nothing after all She is trying to complain about you which that is so a embarrassing and rude , no service and try to complain and rude to you , We are not recommending anyone rent this property .
