If you are after a peaceful break in a beautiful-coastal town then look no further. This purposely built guest/studio retreat offers privacy comfort & quiet location . Ideal for singles, couples or friends (who don't mind sharing a queen size bed) . 5 Mins drive to Barwon heads river surf beaches bars cafes & restaurants (nice 20 min walk ) Great walks coffee and wineries. 1 bedroom retreat. Studio room with ensuite. A private entrance. NOT A FULL HOUSE.

1 queen bed with small ensuite including shower.
Access to an outside cast iron hot water bathtub - great on hot nights & after surfing or swimming in the ocean or river.
Sun deck north and south.
Tea & coffee making facilities
Asmara is a perfect overnighter or weekend getaway location.
Bar fridge, panini press & toaster . No cook top/minimal cooking. Weber BBQ and electric frypan.
Full Linen included.
Access to outdoor fire pit (not in summer months - byo wood )

Di was extremely responsive and made sure our stay was everything we expected. The place was neat, tidy and extremely comfortable.It was highly private and peaceful. It was the relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable stay we had hoped for. Di went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The outdoor claw bath in the very private backyard was an absolute highlight. Thank you Di for a wonderful visit to Barwon Heads.

Had everything we needed and it was convenient to local attractions that interested us. Comfortable bed and armchair. The toilet end of the bathroom was tight but manageable and the shower was excellent. The hosts were nice people.

Asmara Retreat Barwon Heads Bliss

Fabulous location, fabulous accommodation, fabulous host. Such a relaxing stay. Bed was really comfortable, the setting was sublime, so lovely hearing birdsong every morning. Close enough to walk to the main strip for some really wonderful food: Tommy Gunns, Che Vuoi, Ebb & Flow, Annies Providore to name a few. Thank you Di for a fabulous stay.
