Paradise Shores second visit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here two years ago and loved the location/view. We rented the unit next door also and had a family reunion of 10 people. It worked very well, with lots of gathering and cooking\eating space. The drawback of having six in this unit is that the hide-a-bed was not comfortable. Many aren't, unfortunately. One thing that would be appreciated is a couple folding chairs to take to the beach. There were lots of dishes and kitchen equipment. We ate a meal at the Schooner and were all happy with the food quality, especially the oysters. We would definitely stay here again, and the off-season rates were very affordable.

The host was very helpful and responsive to our needs.The property was lovely and well appointed. The views of the ocean were wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the fireplace in the evening.

The view from the bedroom upstairs is spectacular. My favorite place to take a nap and be amazed by Netarts Bay. It is quite spacious and a great place to share with family and friends. The location on a dead end street makes is quite and no traffic. It is also in walking distance to the local market. They make great sandwiches and burgers and a good selection on goodies. I adore Netarts for its kick back vibe. This place makes it even more relaxing!

Beautiful bay view. Beach access is a little challenging, but doable. Property manager is terrific and communicated with us regularly. Well stocked kitchen. Furnishings are very dated but in good shape - this is the beach, so not expecting the Ritz. Netarts is a good middle location between south and north coastal towns.

Long weekend

This is the perfect getaway place for proximity to a nice quiet beach stay. The views can’t be beat, the house is great and well stocked. We didn’t want to leave!

Just what we were looking for with a laid back non busy location with easy beach access. The property’s views are outstanding. The property itself was large enough and comfortable. I hope the manager follows up on the maintenance issues we identified.

Perfect sunsets spot

While we can overlook a broken blind, we fully recommend this 2 bed 1.5 bath condo for the lovely sunsets and access to a bay/beach coastline. Quiet and comfortable.

This is a well managed property. We stay in Netarts a few times a year but had not tried this unit before. The unit is large with excellent views and very comfortable. Would stay again!

Couldn’t have asked for a better view and ideal location. Our dog Cooper enjoyed lounging on the balcony in the late afternoon. Would definitely come back.

This is the second time in a row we’ve hit this lovely rental in Netarts. The view is amazing. The two person jacuzzi tub in the bathroom is awesome. Hosts are easy to talk to. Always clean. Very sparsely visited beach. Our dog gets to run off leash most of the time.
