This was our second stay. We love it so much. The space is comfortable and the balcony is the best! We went to the beach daily and we watch spectacular sunsets every night on the comfort of our own balcony.

This Gulf Coast beachfront condo was an absolute gem. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping right onto the sand made the stay feel like a true escape. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a balcony that offered stunning ocean views. The highlight, though, was the sunsets—each evening the sky lit up with incredible colors, making it the perfect way to unwind. If you’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway with unforgettable views, this place is hard to beat.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The condo was right on the beach with a pool, and the sunset views from the balcony were amazing. The unit was clean, and the location was convenient with several restaurants within walking distance. A few downsides include thin walls; we could hear neighboring guests a lot. The second bathroom could use some updating, and the balcony doors did not lock, which is not considered a major issue since the unit isn’t on the ground floor, but is worth noting. Still a great option for the views, beach access, and convenience.

The overall property is nice. Bedrooms are dark and good for sleeping in. The view is amazing.I would recommend a DEEPER cleaning to include the ceiling fans.

What a beautiful place to spend enjoying the beach at Indian Rocks Beach!!! The condo was so roomy & stocked with everything you would need for a carefree vacation! The living space is great & open, not to mention the huge bedrooms which both have King Size Beds! Bathrooms have plenty of room & storage too. The balcony on the 3rd floor was open, comfortable & also roomy - the view was spectacular! The beach was not crowded - absolutely stellar - beach chairs, umbrella, etc. are provided -such a great addition! The pool is wonderful & we were delighted to find that it is salt water. Bonus!!!! The condo was very clean & beds were comfy - also very quiet !!! Of note: we were told by folks we talked with to bring/buy water as well as ice. Apparently the water is very alkaline & also Hugh in chlorine. The kitchen was so well stocked. The only thing you may want to bring if you plan to cook much are spices as salt & pepper were the only seasonings supplied. The location is fantastic as it is within walking distance to many excellent restaurants. The Trolley stop is located right in front of the building for south bound & just about 1/3 block up for northbound. We took full advantage of the convenience of the trolley if we were venturing further than walking distance. It would be very helpful if each floor had a luggage trolley for guests to use - that’s the only suggestion we would have.

Beautiful view!

You can't beat the view from this condo, waking up to the ocean & amazing sunsets! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking & plenty of room for us. My only issue, there wasn't enough pillows in the master bedroom & the ones we did have were really flat. We enjoyed our stay overall & would recommend this condo.

My family absolutely loved 303 Oceanway. We loved that there was beach chairs already there, and my kiddos had a ball with all the sand and pool toys. Everything needed to cook was already there which extremely helpful as well. It was very clean, and beds were 10/10. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will be back!

Great location and convenient walking distance to restaurants! Little hiccup with air conditioner towards the end of trip, called in and they had some one there promptly. It did end up not working again the night before we left, but we were checking out the next day which wasn’t a big deal! We will return to this condo again next year! We do recommend this condo!

This place definitely met every one of our expectations. The location to restaurants and activities were very close. The beach was actually closer than the pictures appeared. My family loved the option to be in the pool or hot tub as well as the gulf. When we first arrived the condo didn’t have an umbrella or cooler like the amenities stated. I mentioned it to the owner and they brought them out first the next morning! The beds were very comfy and the rooms were plenty dark. We plan to go back again next year and would definitely recommend this condo to friends in the future.
