Breathtaking Valley & Escarpment Views
Set in a pretty mountains gardens this unique beautiful home is a hidden treasure boasting uninterrupted views of the Kanimbla and Megalong Valleys and surrounding escarpment.
Walking distance to village cafes, Mt Vic Flicks & Mt Piddington.
This property has dual occupancy living which is ideal for large groups and families.
Verandahs run the full length of the home on two levels with garden, bush and panoramic valley views.
Upstairs features high vaulted timber ceilings, gas fireplace, central heating/cooling, 4 bedrooms, including master/ensuite with opening to verandah and panoramic views.
The large living and kitchen open to stunning views, adjacent dining and bathroom with shower and bath.
Downstairs offers large living opening to verandah and views, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry & a kitchenette.
Beautifully paved garden entertaining areas and drystone walls enhance the bush setting.
There is a modern LED TV, DVD and a selection of DVD's. You can connect to Wi Fi anywhere in the house.
There are 2 viewing platforms outside where you can enjoy soaking up the scenery and bird watching. In the lower level outside there is also an area with a table and chairs where you can relax.
The house and property is located on the edge of the Blue Mountains National Park wilderness and is in close proximity to bush tracks, cliffs etc.
Enjoy spending time in the charming village of Mt Victoria with many historical buildings. A visit to the Mt Vic Flicks is a must. The cinema was built in 1934 and is a window into the golden age of Australian country picture theatre culture.
The property is close to hiking, canyoning and climbing.
You can travel 10 minutes down Victoria Pass and you arrive at the historical village of Little Hartley. If you travel 10 minutes back towards Sydney you reach the lovely village of Blackheath and another 10 minutes on and you arrive at Katoomba where you can view the Three Sisters and the Jamieson Valley from Echo Point.

Could you please leave the house in the same condition as on arrival otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Any breakages must be paid for by the guests.
