About this property

The Pinewood Treehouse Chalet w/ Jacuzzi!

Our beautiful, 3 level chalet cabin, is nestled between huge pine trees at the top of a cul-de-sac and features 5 decks, an outdoor dining space with a BBQ grill, and a jacuzzi tub with privacy screens. Inside you'll enjoy snuggling by the fireplace, flat screen TVs, free WIFI, board games, & a fully stocked kitchen. Our cabin has been recently updated with fresh carpet, paint, refrigerator, stove, and all new, modern furnishings. We are located right in the heart of magical Munds Park, AZ.

With 3 levels you'll have the space you need to relax and unwind.
Level 1 you'll find a full bath, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and sink. A pull out sofa, rollaway bed, twin bunk, and a wifi enabled flat screen 70 inch tv.

On the second level, a cozy indoor fireplace, vaulted tongue and groove ceilings with large chalet windows to make the most of the nature filled view. Wifi enabled flat screen TV. Upgraded kitchen with a new fridge, stove, Keurig, slow cooker, blender and all the amenities of home that you'll need to cook, bake, or grill. Dining table with seating for 6, (an extension leaf is also available), and two additional stools at the kitchen breakfast bar.

Also on the second level you'll find: a full bathroom, washer/dryer, and a large private bedroom with a queen bed.

A spacious master bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bathroom is located on the 3rd level, along with a private balcony off the back of the bedroom.

Spend the cool evenings on the deck by firing up the grill and enjoying dinner outside. End the day, or start it, with a soak in the jacuzzi! Relax on any of the 5 decks, one on each level in addition to a dining deck that backs the forest, and privacy deck where the jacuzzi is located.

Other things to note:
Must climb stairs - 2 sets of exterior stairs to access main entrance, 2 more sets of stairs inside. Home not suitable for small children/individuals w/mobility issues.

Surveillance or recording devices on property - Your safety matters. an exterior security camera is located on the garage, facing out towards the street as well as at the front door facing the stairs. Guests will not have access to the garage.

We really enjoyed the cabin. The location is great as well. Quick drive to Flagstaff for any restaurant you’d want and an amazing quick drive to Sedona.

This place was AMAZING! The cabin is stocked with everything you could possibly need.

The Treehouse cabin was so user friendly and Rachael was extremely helpful when we had questions. There was absolutely nothing I would change or add to this vacation get away, everything was spot on. Arising Explorers.

We travel throughout Arizona and stayed at a few VRBO‘s along the way. This particular VRBO was very clean and nicely kept. It was on a very private and quiet street. The whole family really enjoyed the hot tub as well! It was near the highway exit (but not too close) and centrally located to Flagstaff and Sedona! Although it was short, we really enjoyed our stay!

Cozy cabin

Nice cabin nestled in the trees. Beautiful view and owners are very responsive and thoughtful. We brought our family up for Christmas week and they had put out cookies and cookie cutters for the kids as well as set up a beautiful Christmas tree. Thank you both so much.

We stayed at the Pinewood Treehouse with our kids ages 6&9 and another family with kids ages 9&12 and had a great time. We hiked every day, played in rivers every day and went to the Grand Canyon. We used the house as a home base between trips to Oak Creek Canyon, Red Rock State Park, Sedona, Flagstaff and the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. The host Rachel was so friendly, accessible and accommodating and we had a great time! The kids loved the decks and the jacuzzi and we loved eating outside together. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a great time!

Happy 20th Anniversary - The Chipman's

The property was beautiful and peaceful. Inside was very clean but the outside of the property could have used some sprucing up. Its me, I have OCD and like it that way. Over all we loved the place and want to thank the owners for the wine and cookies. Very nice of them to do that for us! Any place we stay I take care of the home as if it was our home. Many Blessings to them!

Great Time in the Pines

Our girl’s group had a fabulous time. We explored the whole area. We hiked, visited a vortex location, shopped, relaxed, ate great food and had an overall wonderful trip. Rachael was a super host. She responded to our messages quickly, everything was where she said it would be, the property was clean and relaxing. It was close enough to go places and do things but remote enough to offer privacy. I would definitely recommend this location. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. The house was large enough to accommodate a large group but cozy enough to enjoy each others company. We would absolutely return. Rachael’s hospitality was phenomenal, she even had fresh baked chocolate chip cookies waiting for our arrival.

Relaxing get away

We really enjoyed our stay; it was very clean and provided everything we needed (even a wonderful coffee cake was provided upon our arrival, so yummy!!) The jacuzzi was awesome as well, really enjoyed it! The location was great, only 20 minutes from Flagstaff if you want to go shopping or have more options for dining. Thank you to the hosts for allowing my family to stay in their wonderful cabin.

Quaint, but needs some updating here and there

We had a great experience, bonus for the hot tub and washing machine. Some areas of the cabin needs updating, but overall we had a great time. Elderly may have a hard time with the stairs and may need to take extra time. The owners were very responsive and communicated with us throughout our stay. They left a ton of snacks for us, and some champagne as we were celebrating our wedding. We can’t wait to stay again sometime. Thank you for a great experience!
