This Gulf access home features a private electric heated pool with southern exposure, so the sun stays on the water most of the day. Fishing poles and 3 adult bikes are included for guest use. Villa Corona is the perfect fit for avid anglers, cyclists, and small families looking for a relaxed Cape Coral getaway.

Villa Corona sits in a quiet Southwest Cape Coral neighborhood, with easy access through the canals for a day of fishing or exploring by boat. Guests are close to waterfront dining at Cape Harbour, roughly 40 minutes by boat to the river, and just a short drive from Fort Myers Beach. Sanibel Island and Captiva are also reachable by boat for a day trip.

Rates & Policies
- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with an additional fee for extra guests.
- Initial supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, etc.) is provided for the first 3–5 days of stay.
- A prepaid electric charge and damage insurance are included in your reservation.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.

Wonderful property and as described. Great home base in a quiet neighborhood. We did a lot of beach/coastal activities which were accessible within about a hour. Property management company was attentive and easy to work with as well.

Nice place on the canal

Beautiful spot on the canal, with southern sun exposure. Loved the pool and pool area. Just as pictured in the listing, very well stocked kitchen, bikes and fishing poles. Spent the week relaxing by the pool.

Overall we were very pleased with the property. Its proximity to shopping and restaurants was excellent. The only issue was the pool cage being missing due to damage from Ian. Will definitely consider it for future stays.

Florida vacation

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was perfect for us . I have a few suggestions for the future : We had to purchase props e the first time we used grill. It would be nice to have an extra tank available so we don’t have to run out. The paper products were very limited. No napkins or paper plates . The cleaning products were short. We were provided 2 tabs for a 6 day stay. I would have like some sponges, etc for cleaning . Laundry soap was very limited and I tried to keep up with towels being clean . Overall , it was great . I would have preferred to be charged more money to have the above items supplied.
