Bright and sunny 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront pool home with southern rear exposure on gulf access canal. This vacation home is located in an upscale neighborhood of SW Cape Coral.

The master suite features a cozy king size bed, sliders to pool, ceiling fan, and Smart TV. The master bath is attached and has a walk-in shower, and dual vanities. The kitchen offers granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar to enjoy your morning coffee. Two additional bedrooms are located opposite of the master suite and share the pool bathroom which features a tub/shower comb. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed, the other offers two twin beds, each bedroom with their own Smart TV allowing you to access your favorite streaming channels and an antenna to receive local channels. The pool and lanai have southern exposure so guests may partake in maximum sun all year. To enjoy the full Florida experience, the home also offers a BBQ gas grill, outdoor mounted Smart TV, plenty of outside seating, and 4 sun loungers.

Home is conveniently located one mile from a full-service shopping center and is close to local restaurants and minutes away from the trendy Cape Harbor Community. By water, the home is just 30 minutes from five-star dining at Rumrunners Restaurant and 40 minutes to the river.

This home also has fishing poles, bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler as added amenities for guest use.

Electric charge: A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation.
*BBQ Grill: Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager.
Extra Guests: The property rates include up to 4 guests. Each additional guest will incur a small fee. Please make sure to enter an accurate guest count at time of booking for accurate reservation cost.
- We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 to 5 days of your stay.

Wonderful property and as described. Great home base in a quiet neighborhood. We did a lot of beach/coastal activities which were accessible within about a hour. Property management company was attentive and easy to work with as well.

Nice place on the canal

Beautiful spot on the canal, with southern sun exposure. Loved the pool and pool area. Just as pictured in the listing, very well stocked kitchen, bikes and fishing poles. Spent the week relaxing by the pool.

Overall we were very pleased with the property. Its proximity to shopping and restaurants was excellent. The only issue was the pool cage being missing due to damage from Ian. Will definitely consider it for future stays.

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was perfect for us . I have a few suggestions for the future : We had to purchase props e the first time we used grill. It would be nice to have an extra tank available so we don’t have to run out. The paper products were very limited. No napkins or paper plates . The cleaning products were short. We were provided 2 tabs for a 6 day stay. I would have like some sponges, etc for cleaning . Laundry soap was very limited and I tried to keep up with towels being clean . Overall , it was great . I would have preferred to be charged more money to have the above items supplied.
