Great value in great location

Saint Malo is an excellent base to explore Brittany, and the apartment was great for us. It's a 15 minute walk to the nearest beach and 25 minutes to the old town, and although its compact inside we were more than happy as a family of four. Great value!

Saint Malo ist eine zauberhafte Stadt, in der ich mir auch vorstellen kann dauerhaft zu leben. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Supermarkt, Bushaltestelle und Bahnhof sind gut fussläufig erreichbar.Die Altstadt ist in 20 Min. erreichbar.Ausschlaggebend für meine Wahl war der kostenlose Parkplatz im Innenhof.

Appartement calme

Notre hôte était là pour nous accueillir. L’appartement est dans un quartier très calme avec sa place de parking ce qui est un plus. La cuisine est très complète rien ne manque vous pouvez être rassuré. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Super séjour passé dans cet appartement! Totalement fonctionnel, equipé (équipement de base, machine à laver, lave vaisselle, ... ), grand, propre. Le fait qu'il soit excentré de l'intramuros permet d'offrir du calme très appréciable, et de bien dormir! L'intramuros peut se faire à pied, en voiture, ou en bus (arrêt de bus situé à 2 min à pied de l'appartement). Je recommande la location de cet appartement pour profiter de Saint Malo, sans etre dérangé par le bruit du centre ville, sachant que ce dernier est largement accessible sans passer trop de temps dans les transports.M Allain est très accueillant, agréable!

Très bien

Appartement très bien situé proche commerces et 30 min du centre intra muros a pied, 5-10 en voiture. Idéal pour un week end ou séjour court. Pas de wifi mais on capte très bien internet.

Bon séjour

Nous étions une famille avec enfants et nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à St Malo. L’appartement est confortable, l’hôte a été présent pour nous accueillir et tout s’est bien passé. Éventuellement l’étendoir prévu est microscopique pour une famille de 4. Autrement c’est une location très agréable que je recommande.

Wir hatten winen schönen Aufenthalt in St. Malo. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir gebraucht haben. Fussläufig sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand zu erreichen. In das Zentrum ist man auch schnell gefahren.

Appartement très bien équipé et situé dans un quartier particulièrement calme, à 1,2km de la mer et 2km de Saint-Malo intramuros. On s'y sent bien ! Idéal pour se reposer et découvrir cette belle région.

Es war ein toller Besuch. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und engagiert. Für den Preis ist die Wohnung hervorragend und liegt in ruhiger Umgebung mit Laufnähe zu Strand und Bahnhof. Gerne wieder!
