6 Bedroom 5 Full Bath Private Home Located in a Gated Neighborhood

Six bedroom/five bathroom executive home! Minutes from Walt Disney World, located in the Cumbrian Lakes subdivision in Kissimmee! Exclusive Gated Subdivision!

We will only be accepting 4 or 5 bookings this summer, and no back-to-back bookings. This means there will be no rushed cleanings and we can work with you on check in and check out times.

Features include:

Gig speed internet;

Den with desk and sofa;

Green space and ponds behind house (no house behind ours);

Gated community;

Traeger smoker on the pool deck;

Seven smart TVs with streaming services;

Pack and Play (portable crib) and high chair.

We have been upgrading the house for our own use, so we have a number of recent improvements. The multi-stage AC system can barely be heard. New windows make the house much quieter. New landscaping has been installed. Several new Casper mattresses, new appliances, new pool/spa pumps and controllers, etc. New one gig speed internet provides more than enough bandwidth for everyone in your group.

Our villa features a main upstairs master suite with king bed; a downstairs bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom; a downstairs bedroom with queen bed, ensuite bathroom and direct access to the pool deck; two more upstairs bedrooms with king beds; and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. Three of the beds have new Casper mattresses (two king and one queen). Two of the master suites are downstairs, the main master suite is upstairs. The downstairs also has a half bath. A total of 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on the second level.

The downstairs includes a private den/office with a sofa, desk, office chair and television. The 1 gig internet speed provides all the bandwidth you need.

The house includes smart seven televisions, including new 40 inch and 50 inch LED televisions. Direct TV streaming service, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video are some of the streaming services loaded on the televisions.

The house is completely furnished and tastefully decorated, and includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, streaming televisions, all towels and linens, and a private screened-in pool and spa (part of the pool system) which overlook lakes and a conservation area. The house backs to the conservation area for greater privacy, and has views of the lakes and a fountain.

Cumbrian Lakes is a premier gated community off of US 192 and Poinciana Blvd. Disney is about 15 minutes away, and the setting for the house is amazingly quiet and relaxing.

Shopping and restaurants (and Kripsy Kreme donuts!) are about a 5 minute drive away on US 192!

We are the owners, so there is no expensive middleman to go through. We have 10 years experience renting Kissimmee area homes.

Great location

Great location. Nice heated pool. Had issues with alarm going off every two hours one night. And a few times another one. All in all very nice place. I would rent again.

We loved our stay, there was plenty of room with a heated pool. We were in close proximity to stores, beaches and attractions. The only disappointment was that we were expecting a games room as advertised since it was a deciding factor. All in all, a great week.

Roomy and Spacious

This house is great. It is spacious and clean. Quiet neighborhood that we stay in each visit to Disney. We would rent again. Communication with renter was great as we had some questions about the remote controls. First rental we had that you actually do nothing when you leave except lock the door. No putting towels in bath tubs or taking sheets of the bed. Thanks!

Great Family Vacation

We have a larger family with 7 kids. This house was perfect for us. Plenty of space and bathrooms. The pool was enjoyed by all. We hope all future houses we rent are as nice!

It was good.

It was a good stay but there were many things that needed fixed. I don't want to be too specific and have Greg lose any guests. So I'll just say that he needed to make sure the WHOLE HOUSE has been looked over very carefully before the next set of guest arrives. All in all the stay was good, especially the pool.

Enjoyable stay

The property was in a great location with a beautiful lake right next door. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our extended family to visit. There was a large screen in the pool area that was torn and some of the blinds were missing or broken when we arrived. Property management came out right away to check it out. The broken screen in the pool area contributed to lots of flies in the pool area but the pool was still refreshing and nice. The pictures of the pool table are a little misleading as it is located in the garage that is not air conditioned and during our visit in July we would not use it. The layout of the house is wonderful as our non stair climbing family had their own suites on the main level. The grill was very nice!

Great for multiple families

Greg was awesome with sending everything in advanced for check-in and all codes needed. So check-in was smooth. Also Greg helped us out when our flight got cancelled. Thanks again Greg! There are alot of flies I am assuming from the standing pond that is near the house. The pool table was nice to have for when we had down time along with the pool and hot tub. Not really a downside except if you stay a long period of time there is no pantry to put away your food. But on a sidenote would definitely stay here again. Melissa B

Great Large Family unit.

This is an ideal property for a large family or for 2 families to share. It has 7 bedrooms, with 3 masters There are 51/2 baths in total and a private pool. We were are party of 6 adults and 3 children so there was lots of room. It is in a quiet area and close to Disney and other parks. The properties in the area are a little older and are all large detached houses. Excellent value for the money.

Beautiful location

This property was large enough for our extended family of 13 although it could use some updates. The pool was excellent and our grandchildren had so much fun when they weren’t at Disney world. I would definitely rent this property again.

Graduation weekend

This property is beautiful, perfect for the family that came into town for the graduation, it was cheaper than renting hotels, allowed all of us to mingle and have fun. We could cook together and play cards, the kids loved the pool. While, the place needed some dusting and a few repairs, it was nothing that would deter anyone from wanting to stay or returning. I will definitely stay again if need be.

The home definitely needs some upgrades. The porch light had to be changed. The main patio door was broken. Some of the walls in the back porch pool area were black with soot from the barbecue grill. The bed linens in some of the rooms were soiled. We had to wash them. The mattress on the futon in the small room on the ground level was soiled and in poor condition. Housekeeping needs to do a better job with the upkeep bedding. The quilts in the master bedrooms were not washed.

This home was truly a home away from home. The kitchen was equipped with every thing we needed for our large group. The kids really enjoyed the home and it was very spacious I might add. The only set back was the beds on the first floor were very uncomfortable. But other then that we really enjoyed our stay.

Our Kissimmee villa is close to everything, but provides a beautiful escape at the same time. The pool deck has a southern exposure and backs to green space. The house overlooks one of the community ponds, which includes a lighted fountain and walking path.
