Everything was very clean. The location was wonderful. Just a short drive from all of the things we wanted to see. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The area was super beautiful with an awesom view of the mountains as well as a small stream running out front. The kids even found wild raspberries on rhe property. I would highly recommend this unit.
Beautiful view and comfortable accommodations. We stayed three nights while fishing for halibut.

Family Vacation!
The property and place was gorgeous! They allow pets but didn’t smell like pets at all! Lots of room! We had 8 people and fit comfortably! Washer and dryer on site as well!!!!
We will definitely stay here again.
Clean, quiet, beautiful location. We saw an eagle in the creek and moose in the yard. Comfortable beds, well stocked and easy to get to.
Location was awesome. Kids played at the creek in the backyard for hours. Made a bonfire at night. Everything was clean. Plenty of supplies for large groups.
What a great, quit neighborhood. Beautiful Fritz Creek right outside your door. Not far from Homer and the Spit. Well stocked bedding and towels. They also leave you a few pods and dryer sheets for doing laundry. Would be nice if the kitchen pots and pans were upgraded a little bit and a BBQ would be nice. Other than those minor issues, it was an awesome stay!

Fantastic!
We booked 3 of these units over a long weekend. They were clean and quiet. They might possibly be the most well equipped rental we have ever stayed at. There were plenty of dishes, pots and pans, glasses and silverware. The kitchen also had a regular coffee maker with fresh beans and a grinder. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of extras including shaving cream, bug spray and plenty of rolls of toilet paper! We will plan our next trip to Homer depending on the availability of these units. They were great. Thank you!
Can beat the location. This unit also had great views!! The only issue is the fridge didn’t work and we lost an entire fridge full of food. I messaged the point of contact with no answer. Beware if you plan on brining food as you’ll quickly learn the fridge does not work and be out lots of money as groceries are not cheap.

Beautiful view
Overall, there was a beautiful view of a creek and wilderness…
There were several issues however, no cel service, some of the burners on the stove didn’t work, which is fine things happen however, in reading the guest log, it hadn’t worked for several years. It was billed as having sheets for all of the beds the living room pull outs did not have sheets, when I finally got a message through to the host the response was “you’ve been there for a 2 days and you just noticed this now?… The living room has a lot of windows wonderful during the day however, 4 people are expected to sleep in that room at night, and there are no curtains. There were other things, but all minor. I did, however miss read the information when booking and realized I owed another fee… I tried to contact the host, Vrbo and the other entity that I paid through… cell service was nonexistent and very difficult to get a message out to anyone as stated before I contacted the host to get them to bill my card for the balance… they wanted cash, I was not comfortable with this… and ask them to bill my card… They were insisting on cash… Due to several instances at the rental, I doubt that I would ever rent this Duplex again
We all loved this place. It has a beautiful view of a creek and trees, and we even saw a moose on our first day. The place was very nice and comfortable for our family.
The only thing we didn't have was more time! Amazing property with beautiful views. Our only thoughts would be window coverings for for the upstairs windows in kitchen and living room. Its not a privacy issue, but to help with the never-ending day light for those who sleep on the pull out beds.
Check-in process could be improved. We never received instructions containing lock code, wifi password, where to put trash, etc. Luckily the tenant downstairs had a contact number for the property owner. The property owner responded to our call at 10 pm and got us all squared away.
This was the perfect place to stay for us for our Homer fishing trip. Settled just perfectly far enough away from The Spit to feel that you have your own place on the Fritz Creek. We we saw a Moose and her baby calf walk across the property and get into the creek it was amazing! And located just minutes away from our fishing charter early morning take off. The fushibg was hot, the accommodations Perfect. We would come back again!
