This quaint Cedar Rapids home offers classic style paired with an outside relaxation space. Step inside and experience a peaceful farmhouse retreat. Unique pieces and a mix of textures give the space a distinct character all its own. As you walk in the living room and kitchen welcome you with warmth, style & loads of subway tile. Up a few steps to the two luxurious bedrooms and beautifully tiled bath. Through the kitchen and down a few steps to the office and adorable third bedroom.

This retreat offers lots of amenities you'll find in a luxury boutique hotel. From the upscale beds, bedding, robes & plush towels to the soda, water, wine & snacks provided. Keurig coffee maker with K cups provided. We thoroughly clean & Sanitize after each guests stay.

Guests will have access to the entire home.

Kathleen responds within an hour or sooner.

This adorable home is conveniently located within a 5-minute drive to both St. Luke's & Mercy Hospitals. It's also close to the popular Newbo District where you'll enjoy a farmers market, shops & creative restaurants. The Czech Village has an eclectic array of shops & eatery's. The Downtown area with it's many breweries, restaurants and Coffee shops plus The Paramount Theater, Theater Cedar Rapids & CSPS Theater Hall! Close to Airport too!

Cedar Rapids is a very easy town to get around in...Uber & Lift are available as well as taxi cabs. I've left info at the house to help you navigate and great places to visit!

This home is thoroughly cleaned & sanitized after each guests stay and no one is in the home for 24 hours prior to a new guests arrival.
If you are staying for two weeks or more you're welcome to request to use the laundry facilities.
No parties allowed and quiet time is to be observed after 10pm.
Please be respectful of this beautiful home. Quiet time after 10 pm. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this property due to the allergies of potential guests in the future. We appreciate your understanding and are sorry for the inconvenience.

Great home base for a motorcycle trip! The garage was great for securing bikes when not on road. A safe family friendly neighborhood. Only downfall is deck and livingroom furniture wasnt comfortable for lounging.

Girlfriend getaway - really cute house, very cozy and comfortable. Nice bedroom for each of us. Lovely kitchen with everything we needed, living room very nice to sit and chat in. Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay in this cute, extremely clean, bungalow. The owner left snacks on the counter, and wine in the fridge. The location was in close proximity to many quaint restaurants near the downtown area. Washer and dryer a plus too. We’d recommend the house and would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. My husband had surgery & this was our home away from home while he was hospitalized. The neighborhood is quiet yet conveniently located in Cedar Rapids. Long weekend in Cedar Rapids

We were in town for a Coe College sporting tournament and this house was perfect. We had 4 hours everyday, mid-day between morning events and evening events. A 3 minute drive from campus and we could eat, hang out and get some work done. House is adorable. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed to make meals. Towels a plenty, soft bath robes..we were pampered better than any hotel. Loved everything about it. Host was amazing and helpful and communications was fantastic.
