It’s an ideal space for gatherings. There is a king bedroom downstairs and four queen bedrooms upstairs. Two full baths are located downstairs and one upstairs. Its beautiful trees and yard provides peaceful privacy. There are three old growth cedar trees that shelters the house have recently been deemed by neighbors as the nicest trees in Eugene. Fine dining and shopping are within walking distance. It's also close to walking and hiking trails. Lane Community College and the University of Oregon are only a short drive away. There is a bus stop nearby. The private backyard is ready for BBQs and outdoor living. The home is stocked and ready for everything you should need to enjoy your stay.

This is a great location. Hiking and biking trails are nearby. Great restaurants, food carts, and shops are close. There is easy access to campus and downtown. Bike rentals and yoga studios are close by to keep you moving. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

What makes this property unique

Great central location. Easy access to Lane Community College and the University of Oregon. Near river and mountain hiking and running trails. Close to high end restaurants and shopping. One of the most well established and desirable neighborhoods in Eugene.
