Such an amazing location just a short walk to the beach and so many yummy restaurants walking distance ! The owner was very easy to get ahold of ! There were ac units in every room made it so nice to sleep never too hot !

We had a wonderful 7-night stay at this VRBO in Newport Beach! The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent—they were friendly, responsive, and made the entire process easy from check-in to check-out.One of the best parts was the location. It was an easy walk to the beach, making it so convenient to enjoy the ocean without having to drive or worry about parking.We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained place in a great location. It's close to the beach you'll need to cross the main road to get there but it's still close. Overall, nice quiet neighborhood and neighbors too. Communication with the owner was easy. I booked this rental because it was quite literally 1/2 the price of all others available and we were in town for business / some pleasure. We didn't need anything fancy as we were in and out. It's pet friendly also. Which is nice
