“Reel Livin’ at its best. This well-appointed, immaculate lake front home with large A-Frame windows (front and lakeside) will satisfy everyone's vacation needs. Large and quiet "NO WAKE" cove with deep water (7 feet at end of dock and 11-12 feet in center). With 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, and 2 living areas, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and play. Main level has a well-equipped kitchen that opens to a spacious dining area (large table will accommodate 12 guests) and great room with TV and two comfortable sleeper sofas (Queen Size). The master bedroom (King Size) with en-suite Jacuzzi bath and walk in shower, 2nd bedroom (Queen Size) and additional full bath are also on the main level. Both bedrooms face the lake with sliding barn and glass doors for easy lake access and viewing. Lower level has a relaxing TV area, game room with a large leather sectional sofa, an 8’ pool table, 4 captain’s chairs, a bar and 4 bar stools. In addition, the lower level offers a 2nd master bedroom (Queen Size) with en-suite bath, a bunk room with 2 sets of double bunk beds (Twin Size) and pull down murphy bed (Queen Size), full bath and laundry room with a 2nd full sized refrigerator/freezer. As on the main level, both lower level bedrooms face the lake and have sliding glass doors. A large upper deck facing the lake is perfect for outdoor dining, entertaining and grilling. An outdoor dining table with seating for 6 and umbrella, gas fire pit with seating for 4, and 2 lounge chairs for sunning create the perfect setting for family gatherings. Let your evening entertaining continue on the lighted dock/boathouse deck and real wood fire pit on the sandy beach area. Local attractions include Rosemont Winery and Tanglewood Shores Golf and Country Club, and Shady Shack Grill/Flip Flop Bar, all of which are just five minutes away. Need fishing tackle and bait? Want to take the kids for hand-dipped ice cream? Holly Grove Marina is a short 5 minute drive or boat ride around the cove. No Pets. No Smoking. Home has Direct TV and free Wifi,. Gentle sloping lot to lake. Four Kayaks and a paddle boat are available for use but renters assume all risk, liability, and responsibility. Property is located close to Interstate 85. A digital access code is required for entering the property.

Best location on the lake

This is our second stay - we love this house and the location! The homeowner is always helpful and responsive. Our stay met all of our needs from watching sunsets, swimming in the cove, ice cream at the marina and trips to Shady Shack.

Great Lake House!

This lake house was ideal for our family vacation. The home was spacious, very clean, with a well equipped kitchen, and very comfortable beds. A highlight of the house is the great dock with endless opportunity for fun in the water. The beautiful quiet cove was great for swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. The close proximity to main lake was perfect for boating and tubing. Our whole family agreed this Lake Gaston house was ideal!

Beautiful house, clean and well maintained with a great lawn area in front and back. Lake is very accessible by dock or from the back yard. Lots of extras like kayaks, paddleboat, pool table, ping pong table, and cornhole kept us entertained all week. Communication with owner was top notch.

Fantastic Family Getaway

Everyone had a fantastic time! The home was lovely with plenty of space to spread out. Boat dock area allowed for gathering and activities. The quiet lakeside cove made it great for friends and family to unwind and have fun. The paddle boat, fire pit, kayaks, ping-pong and hammock were bigs hits for all. A fantastic lake house!

Reel Livin is a fantastic property! We spent a week there with another family and had a great time. We brought our 24ft boat and the quiet cove was perfect for keeping it along side of the dock. The house had everything we needed! The kids enjoyed fishing, kyaking, and paddle boating every day. The large dock and quiet cove were perfect for swimming, and the fire pit beach area was great for evening smores. We were also very impressed with how clean the property was when we arrived.

Great Lake House

This is a wonderful place to stay. Our group ages ranged from 3-87 years old and everyone had plenty of space. Great location in a quiet cove off main lake. Owner Keith was quick to respond to any questions and even got in touch with us to make sure check-in had gone smoothly. Everyone enjoyed the week and are ready to come back again next year. Wonderful Getaway.

This was the first time renting this VRBO and it was great. Located on a cove just off the main lake was great and there was room to tie up our two boats. Also, plenty of water for swimming off the boathouse. The house was roomy, nicely decorated, and the kitchen was hands down the best equipped of any place I have rented. Plenty of dishware, silverware, and a wide assortment of appliances. Also, the plethora of board games and quality pool table were a pleasant surprise. Definitely on the list to rent again.

A much needed family (& friends) vacation was thoroughly enjoyable at Reel Livin’! Super clean and layout was amazing! Favorite Lake House for Bro-Treat

We are four men who are in our 50-60’s range and lifelong friends. We love the serenity of this lake plus the immaculate condition of this home. We enjoy to fish, kayak, play pool, and hang out together, so this is our perfect place for our annual bro-treat. The house is airy and bright with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner, Keith, is awesome and easy to work with concerning the home and your needs. We will be back next year for our 4th bro-treat!

Father of my son and daughter. Grand Father to four grand children. We live in the Yorktown, Virginia area and love to visit our lake house as often as possible.

We have fully furnished this home with high quality items to make your stay comfortable and complete. We have fully stocked the kitchen with casual and more formal place settings, multiple appliances, pots and pans, wine glasses, champagne glasses, coffee cups, and casual drinking cups. Refrigerator/freezer combination on both levels. Very comfortable high end beds and bed linens, towels, and seating. Two sleeper sofas on the upper level and a leather sectional sofa on the lower level with an 8 feet pool table. Ping pong table and corn hole boards, 4 kayaks with paddles and life jackets, paddle board.

What makes this property unique

Multiple 5 star reviews complimenting the quite deep cove located in a NO WAKE zone that makes it pleasurable to relax in the water and no concerns about securing boats and other watercraft to the dock. Numerous kitchen appliances small and large to accommodate your dining meal plans. Close proximity to Tanglewood Golf Course and Country Club, Rosemont Winery, Two marinas, Dollar General Store, Restaurants and Grocery Stores. The beds and décor amazing and extremely comfortable. Kids love playing is the shallow water by the sand lot and older people love the depth of the water at the end of the dock. Free use of owner's Kayaks (4 each), paddle boat, ping pong table, corn hole boards, basket ball hoop, and fire pits provide ample outdoor activities for all ages.
