A quick ride to Broadway, but in a charming and cool neighborhood where you can get a good night's sleep. Stay in this stylish historic retreat steps away from the best spots in Lockeland Springs for coffee, restaurants, bars, music and shopping.

The bungalow has been lovingly updated to create a unique twist on old school southern style with a bit of new school edge. Enjoy the eclectic home while playing the piano or simply sit on the front porch swing and sip that morning cup of coffee.

This is a side-by-side duplex which has a shared wall with the neighboring unit so some daily noise should be anticipated. If you have any concerns about this please reach out and we can make sure this is a good fit. Both units do have their own private entrances, porches and fenced yards including gates at the street.

If you're looking for a friendly place to retreat to with walkable hot spots to enjoy this is the place. The immediate neighborhood and street are generally quiet with lovely neighbors, but within a stone’s throw and a short walk are neighborhood gems and nightlife.

Super clean, well stocked, updated kitchen and bath while rest of home has lots of historic charm. Owner has provided thoughtful perks like a Nespresso and coffee pods, yoga mats, umbrellas, and much more. Great neighborhood, walkable to cute shops and eateries, and an easy drive to downtown. Totally recommend!

Lovely house in beautiful neighbourhood. Loved how it was decorated. Everything was super clean. Kitchen really well equipped apart from one thing- a corkscrew. Beds comfortable. Ample toiletries. We were in Nashville for a wedding. Found this Bungalow and were very happy with location. It is located in what i would call a "small town" vibe. Met the neighbors on first day, people always out walking and enjoying the day. Less than 10 minutes from downtown Nashville, but still peaceful and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.
