Exquisite gulf access 4 bedroom, 2 bath electric heated pool home located in the quiet retreat NW area of Cape Coral. Featuring a wide variety of amenities, huge, air-conditioned game room, 2 kayaks, fishing poles, tiki hut with outside TV makes this popular home a perfect place for all guests. This beautiful vacation home has a large open floor plan with over 2034 sqft of living area, an open kitchen design with stainless steel appliances. Get the perfect Florida feeling while basking in the sun on loungers and enjoying the heated pool. The private boat dock gives you access to the gulf and is perfect for fishing or kayaking. Or just relax outside while watching TV under a tropical tiki hut. If you prefer inside activities the game room is a perfect retreat. Play billiards or shuffle board with friends and family in the A/C cooled garage.

This gorgeous home can sleep up to 8 people, offering a large king master with En suite bath featuring dual sinks, soaking tub and walk in shower. This home also has one queen size bed in 1st guest room, the second guest room has 2 twin beds, while the 3rd room offers 2 more twin beds. The kitchen comes fully stocked with plenty of dinnerware, cups, utensils and cookware. Just off the kitchen is a dinette with a gorgeous waterfront view. This luxurious rental also features a spacious family room equipped with flat screen TV, each bedroom has its own TV and Wi-Fi throughout. Two TVs outside, one in pool area and also one at the tiki hut. Home has converted garage to game room so garage is not available for parking.

- BBQ Grill: Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager.
- We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 days of your stay.

Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out time is on or before 10:00 AM. Early check in or check out times may be available but require prior approval by Agent.

We enjoyed the neighborhood. The size of the house was great for the family. The pool was nice, and the deck/dock area was great for sitting and enjoying the sunrise/sunsets.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home! The house was spotless when we arrived, and everything was exactly as described. It was incredibly well stocked—with everything from kitchen essentials to extra towels and toiletries, which made our stay extra comfortable and stress-free. Amazing pool and canal area. House is impeccable. Game room is awesome for the kids when it’s bad weather outside. Master bathroom has a great shower and whirlpool tub for the adults. Kids loved the fishing and caught sooo many fish! Only downside is slightly far from the beach and main fort myers area but the house and quietness of the neighborhood more than make up for it!

Great house to stay in with amazing fishing on the canal! We did have to buy our own poles. House is exactly as described. Only complaint is it’s a little bit of a drive to any restaurants as far as location. NOT a deal breaker though. We had a great time, kids loved the pool and fishing. Will recommend!

This house had Everything we wanted. Nice pool, great game room, amazing dock, and use of kayaks. Everything was on point. House a little off the beaten path, but that can be good. Dollar general, gas station and grocery store about 5 minutes up the road.

33rd Anniversary get- away

Our flights were canceled..TWICE..! Then the airlines offered no reschedule dates so we had to scramble with the connections, rental car, work, etc, etc.. The property owner here was very kind and allowed us to move our reservation a full week later since we were way past the "no refund" time frame seeing that our flight plans crashed (no pun intended) and we were several states away. We rented the place as home base, just the 2 of us, so we barely used anything there. It was clean and worked perfectly (way more house than we needed, but overall a wonderful stay.

Perfect quiet getaway

The place is exactly as it says, big, spacious and gorgeous location on the canal. Right on the outskirts of town with something to see no matter the direction you go in. We had a Stingray visitor in the canal every morning which was pretty cool to see. The check in and check out process was extremely simple. Would highly recommend if your not for the bigger crowds
