Take in the eclectic decor and bright, vibrant atmosphere from the living room's plush sofa. You're just a few steps from the furnishings of the spacious balcony. After admiring the sunset, step back inside and enjoy the flatscreen cable TV and DVD player!
The stainless steel appliances of the kitchen make it a great space for cooking. You can dine with your friends and family at the breakfast bar seats for four, or take things outside and relax with some snacks and drinks on the balcony. A gas grill is also available.

Great place with amazing views!

This property was amazing and the photos did not do the property justice. The property manager was difficult to contact, but The Palms resort personnel were excellent to work with along with Vacasa Rentals. You have access to the neighboring resort, and that is spectacular as well. We will definitely be coming back here!

Perfect Ocean view

Our group stayed for 10 days, the condo is wonderful but in need of some up keep. Broken heavy difficult sliding patio doors, leaky bathroom taps, no cupboard space for groceries, mildewy grout in bathrooms. BUT the condo is in the perfect location, and the patio is wonderful with 3 ceiling fans. The pool is lovely and well maintained. You can walk for kms, the beach is amazing. The Palms has everything you could possibly need.

Great rental

This was a great vacation rental! There were a couple minor issues that I believe will be fixed. The location is great, but if you are traveling during the on-season, you probably won’t have any parking. The pool and access to Croc’s was fantastic! We didn’t hear other people in the complex other than some construction during the day. The service was great and overall I highly reccomend!

Stayed for ten days contacted Vacasa several times about the televisions not working never got service. The unit was not as clean as it looked upon check-in.will not use Vacasa again. Beds very very firm. Shower heads not working properly.

Nice place

Right I’m the beach , pool , walking disnce to a good place to eat . Nice have washer and dryer , good internet . Scarlet McCaws flew by every afternoon plus hundreds of small green parrots . Walked down the beach towards the rocks and saw c monkeys and sloths late in the afternoon . Jaco has the reputation of being a party place but we had no issues as a family vacation place . Plenty to do or not to do .

The Condo is Beautiful, high-quality decor & furnishings, bedding comfortable, but the CLEANINESS was not up to par - floors in rooms dusty, both bathroom faucets not cleaned thoroughly, shower floors dirty with dark hair strands and Master bedroom fan - extremely loud on the lowest setting-unable to sleep with fan. Housekeeping services are not included. There’s no Room Service available via the Croc’s Resort!!! Recommendations … ✨️Courtesy bottled water & Creamer & more sugars (only 4 packets) ✨️Luggage stands should be provided in the bedrooms. ✨️Small trash bins in both bedrooms.

Beautiful place, beautiful trip

We stayed at this condo for 9 wonderful days. The place is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. Ana was very helpful and the gate keepers and reception ladies were so friendly and helpful with all of our many questions. The pool at Crocs was a great place to hang out and the beach is spectacular! Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Great view from the balcony, easy access to the beach. Condo was beautiful, decor was amazing! Loved the convenience of kitchen and washer/dryer. Would not waste $$ on a rental car since parking in Jaco is impossible and taxis are cheap. Security staff very friendly and helpful.
