Bright and pretty second-floor 3-bedroom, 2-bath Sea Colony unit with all of the modern conveniences including, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, WiFi, 4 TVs, DVD, and open deck. The third bedroom loft is enclosed with privacy shutters and a separate A/C unit. Located a short walk from the Tennis Center with indoor and outdoor courts and beach shuttle stop. Sea Colony is a full-service resort offering 12 pools (2 indoor, plus 7 more for the kids), world ranked tennis, fitness centers with indoor pool, saunas, whirlpool, locker rooms, exercise room, indoor gym and more! Activities available for all ages including kid's night out, bingo and more. Community Shuttle (in season) and on-site security. (Recreation fee of $58.00 per person per week-not optional)

There is no better location and set up for a perfect family vacation especially if you have little kids. There was no toilet paper anywhere in the home upon arrival, nor paper towels, trash bags. So to avoid buying a bunch of stuff you probably have at home, I’d advise bringing your own. For families with young kids, this may be important: the room with two twin beds doesn’t have a door and is at the top of the spiral staircase. That may affect your planning.

The place itself was wonderful. Homely, kept nice, updated furniture, and stocked with games and books! Unfortunately our experience with long & foster was not as pleasant….
