We had a wonderful time in this rental. It was beautifully decorated, clean and was set up with everything you would need.The pool looks out at a serene canal and it provided us with many hours of relaxation.By far the best rental we have been in in Cape Coral.

This home is more beautiful than pictures even show. Everything was spotless and clean. Most household items were provided, we didn't come across anything the house didn't have. The home is in a great location, close to Fort Myers and Sanibel. The host Klaus was excellent! He was very helpful with recommendations in the area. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to Florida.

Could not have asked for a better place to spend Thanksgiving! Everything was as close to perfect as it could be. The kitchen was fully stocked - the beds were very comfortable - the showers were great. The outdoor area was exactly what we wanted - we were able to watch football and having meals outside (and from being from the north this was amazing)! We were also able to walk a few places which was an added perk (Starbucks and for a smoothie). Would return without question.

This home is absolutely incredible - even better than the photos!! We spent much of our time actually at the home for our week in Florida and opted to spend our days at the pool rather than travel to any beaches! Klaus is an exceptional host and we hope to return someday. I wouldn’t change a thing about our experience.

Amazing view, as others have said… pictures don’t do the home justice. Kids loved the pool, super clean and fresh. House is so spacious and modern. Stunning kitchen, fully stocked with everything to prep meals. All the amenities a family would need for a vacation. The location is perfect, many shops and restaurants all within minutes from house. Beaches all within 20-30 min drive. Can’t speak highly enough about Klaus, true gentleman and super responsive host. Can’t wait to return and get back in the hot tub! See you soon Klaus and Cape Coral!

Great place!

Had a great stay in Florida! The house was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable for a family to stay at. The house had everything we needed, even an outdoor grill to use. The pool and hot tub were very nice to relax in. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Klaus, the property manager was very responsive and easy to get in touch with.

Fantastic property

We loved staying here, the house is fabulous. Brand new, super clean, plenty of room for everyone and the location is great. Being on the lake was so beautiful and relaxing. The location of the property was perfect, the pool is in the sun from dawn to dusk so perfect visibility to sun rises and sunsets every day. The tiki hut on the water is great - we sat out there at sunset several nights. The house is only minutes away from a grocery store - super convenient and across the street from a nature preserve so there are no houses across the street. We highly recommend and would stay again.

Family Vacation

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Soulside. The house was set up perfectly. The pool and outdoor living area provided all the space we could want to enjoy the awesome views of Cat Cay Lake and beautiful pool/spa. Coffee in the mornings sitting on the dock under the tiki hut was a treat. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the house was stocked with all pots pans, utensils, etc. that we needed. No expense was spared in furnishing this home. We will definitely be back.

Like to be in heaven

We are Kirsten and Hardy from Germany and booked this great house for a week. Originally we wanted to be on the road, but ended up staying in this wonderful house. The orientation of the house is world class facing south. The pool is great and it's super quick to get out on the boat. The house appears to be completely new and the architect has really thought things through. The ambience is perfectly coordinated and the beds are great to sleep in. There are lots of supermarkets nearby and of course, by Cape Coral standards, there are lots of interesting places to eat in the near. Staying and vacationing here is really at the very highest level! Kirsten and I can warmly recommend this house to you! Do not stay at home. Come here!

Highly recommend

This was my first stay in Cape Coral. And I am so glad I found this wonderful house. It is brandnew and features everything necessary for a perfect stay and relaxing holiday. Supermarkets are just a footwalk away. Close by are many restaurants and even a bowling alley. Fort Myers is just a jump, just like all the activities in Cape Coral, for couples and families alike. The south exposure of the lanai overlooking a lake is simply amazing. Sitting by the Tiki bar and watching sunrise or sunset is just so calming. The pool is big and beautiful. The house is spacious and makes you feel right at home. Very clean, great atmosphere. The beds are very comfortable! It is located in a quite neighborhood, but at the same time close to one of the main streets in Cape. The host was very friendly and always of great help in case of questions. I highly recommend to all of you to stay here. I will definitely come back with my family!

Sehr schönes Haus mit für uns optimalen Grundriss und hochwertiger Ausstattung, in dem wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Der Salzwasser-Pool war sehr angenehm temperiert und hautfreundlich, die Filteranlage hat sehr gut gearbeitet - das erwähnen wir, weil wir in anderen Häusern immer kleine Insekten manuell rausfischen mussten. Auch die Klimaanlage ist ausgesprochen gut eingestellt und leise, was wir für die Nachtruhe sehr geschätzt haben.Vor Ort haben sich Petra und Micha bestens um uns gekümmert, sie hatten selbst für uns nach zahlreichen Florida-Urlauben noch neue Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Farmer-Märkte.

We had a great time and loved our stay. The house was very clean and we had absolutely no issues with bugs. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the house came well equipped with plenty of pool floats and toys for our kids. The tiki hut down on the doc was clean, had a fan and some nice lights. A good place to relax by the water. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood on a dead end street with no neighbors across the street which was nice. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Highly recommended!
