Michigan Summer Vacation
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice property, excellent location, and perfect place for our family. Being an older home there is no A/C so (even w/fans) it was pretty warm a couple of days. Would rent again.

Great vacation spot
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is cute and clean and in an idyllic neighborhood. We especially loved the three season room in the front of the house. It’s a short walk to town. We were not troubled by this, but you do have to come up a pretty steep hill to get back to the home from town. My husband got a good workout pushing our double stroller with 70 pounds of boys in it. We had a good experience with the management company. The home had advertised a fire pit but there wasn’t one. When we called to inquire about it, they said they couldn’t remember one being at that property. But they immediately went to the hardware store, bought one, and dropped it off for us. We were very happy since we’d been looking forward to using it. Pay attention to arrival and departure times. We were disappointed to have to be out by 10 the morning we left. The upper level of the home is great for kids. I’d recommend bringing a baby gate for the steep staircase if that’s relevant for you. Additionally the windows are relatively easy to open. If the kids were up there alone at all, we kept the baby monitor on.

Lovely older home
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Summit House is a really cool house within walking distance to downtown Harbor Springs. It was really clean, but being an old home, there are some quirks a renter should know about. There is one full bathroom on the main floor, with windows that allow the neighbors to see directly in. There are no window coverings, so I used trash bags to cover them. The other "bathroom" is a toilet behind a shower curtain in the unfinished basement. It was nice to have when needed, but no one wanted to be down there otherwise. There are not enough outlets in the house, and extension cords are necessary to run fans in the bedrooms or use the toaster oven in the kitchen. There is a gas grill, but there are no grilling utensils. Overall a nice stay with a good location.

Gals' Getaway
We all enjoyed the ambiance of the home, the pre-Arts & Crafts architecture, gorgeous woodwork, modern updates which honored the original plan. The setting was convenient to Harbor Springs and surrounding areas. We all wished we could have stayed longer. Everything was neat an tidy. I visited the office in Harbor Springs and was welcomed cordially.
