About this property

Welcome to this amazing Floridian property. It has been fully furnished and upgraded earlier this year. You will love the open floor plan and the private view on the conservation at the back of the pool deck. And last but not least, the pool area is south-facing, offering you some sunshine all year round. It can accommodate up to 10 guests (5 bedrooms). It is located in the upscale and newer gate golf community of Providence. You will love the drive to and from the house. **NOT included in our rental prices : Pool & Spa heating** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property and enter the subdivision (max 3 cars are allowed inside the subdivision for each rental and each driver/car needs to be registered at the gate prior to arrival). *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

Wonderful home

Very wonderful home. Home was clean and very comfortable. Pool was very enjoyable, glad we paid for heat.

Beautiful home

Home was perfect for our group of 10-spacious and clean. Management company responded quickly to any questions. The description of the home and what is provided was accurate. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking, then you will likely need to purchase supplies—there were no ziploc bags, foil, spices, very limited storage containers, etc.. (I’ve stayed in some homes that have these basics and some that haven’t. Not a big deal but just something to be prepared for.) Overall, great house and we would stay again if we had a large group.
