Kotare Kottage - Beachfront Escape

Your very own getaway on the beachfront of Coopers Beach, this is a great spot just up from the sand being beneath your feet. Two bedrooms, full kitchen and living area that opens out onto the deck where you can have a drink and look out at the view over the bay. There is a walk way straight to the sand and water for you and yours to enjoy basking in the sun, splashing in the sea a real kiwi summer place to have a break.Please note there is a lower level apartment off the courtyard. You have a private deck and BBQ area off your living area.

Perfect beach property

Loved being so close to beach. Brilliant deck with sunset and beach views. Comfortable living - everything we needed.

Truly wonderful holiday!

Beautiful location and so comfortable. Only suggestions: provide a hairdryer, and add Wi-Fi. It’s hard to plan outings etc without it given that data signal is so weak.
