We enjoyed your home. It was comfortable, close to the beach and town. Only suggestion is that you’d want to update the bed details on the third bedroom now that it is just a bunkbed and not three separate beds.

Great property for families. It was nice having 3 bathrooms for our stay and 3 bedrooms. We enjoyed the upstairs deck and the well stocked kitchen. The walk to the beach took about 15min and was down hill, but uphill on the way back. We love Manzanita beach, so peaceful! We would love to stay here again.

We had a lovely time and this beautiful, comfy and well appointed house. It was spotlessly clean and the big new sectional upstairs was a great place to gather and play games. It's in a great location--a quick, easy walk to the north end (mellow) of the beach and another 10 mins walk to town. We'd definitely return!

Nice home, location & well stocked. We found everything we needed and then some....so many games & movies!!!Needs a few repairs on the windows that are hard to open (we let them know) and some exterior clean up done and not so close to the beach as advertised. You can walk but it is all down a steep hill about 5 blocks. Then of course climbing back up after a day at the beach is hard for us old farts! There is no yard for the dogs to do their business so plan on walks often!!

The host was very friendly and responsive to questions. The location did NOT disappoint! The late checkout (11:00am vs 10:00am) was pricey, but otherwise the stay was fantastic.

Great Spot for a restful getaway

Loved how close this place was to the beach and town. It felt calm and peaceful and just at quick 5 min walk down to the beach, and then a short 20 min walk down the beach to downtown manzanita. Would definitely recommend!

We visit Manzanita often and the places we usually stay were booked so we tried this place. Pros: upstairs is spacious and light, kitchen well outfitted, nice towels and linens. Cons: smelled like cigarette smoke downstairs, wifi doesn't work in all parts of house, couch smells like wet or incontinent dog has been on it, master bathroom had no heat. Would not rent again.

Thanks for letting us know you picked up on a smell downstairs — we have a strict no‑smoking policy, so our housekeeping team investigated this right away and did not detect a smell. Should they in the future, though, they can take care of this quickly. Our ozone machine makes quick work of such a thing. We installed a WiFi extender and ordered a new couch, as well. Please message us through the Vrbo app with any additional details so we can follow up and improve. Thank you.

This is a very dog friendly place, well equipped and comfortable. Easy access to beach and town. Always a pleasure to be in this area.

Great location and beautiful house!

Was so grateful to have the opportunity to stay at this spot with my family. Plenty of space and one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve ever had. Best is the location, only a few short minutes to the beach!

We stayed at Manzanita for a weekend away and it was a delight. The house is comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the location was wonderful. The beach is just a short walk away.

Amazing stay in Manzanita!

It's not often that a listing is better than expected but this lovely spot fits the bill. The place was clean, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and seasonings. It's not a far walk from the beach and it's a quick drive into Manzanita. Would definitely recommend!

Even better than the listing

This was one of the nicest places I've ever rented. The kitchen was super well stocked. The beds were comfy. The game closet, DVDs, and x-box kept the kids entertained. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely family getaway on the Oregon coast

We stayed 3 nights with four members of our family and thoroughly enjoyed the house. Plenty of space for all of us, comfortable living area to hang out in, and nice spacious kitchen to cook together in. We would recommend it to others.
