Cozy and bright south facing apartment, new and furnished with modern furniture, located on a quiet street behind Plaza Mayor and just around the corner from Puerta del Sol and Plaza Santa Ana. Sunny lounge with 42" TV, bright bedroom with air conditioning, new fully equipped kitchen and washing machine.

The apartment is located in the historical district of Madrid, surrounded by Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, La Latina and Plaza Santa Ana. A 24 hour supermarket (Carrefour) is only 100 meters away. Many attractions are within walking distance and there is a large selection of restaurants in the area.

Bedroom with 140x200cm (55 "x79") double bed and air conditioning, living room with 140x200cm (55 "x79") sofa bed, 42" HD TV, new fully equipped kitchen and washing machine, bathroom with shower and bidet. Beds are freshly made and towels are available upon arrival.

Historic Madrid apartment

We had a nice stay at this historic Madrid apartment. It's much as pictured in the ads, but could use updating. The area it is in could be described as "edgy" but is close to all major attractions and many, many restaurants. Overall good value for 3 adults.

El alojamiento es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Ideal para 4 personas. La ubicación es inmejorable. Muy limpio. Además se adaptaron a nuestras necesidades de check in y check out. La comunicación con la persona a cargo fue perfecta. Si vuelvo a Madrid ya se donde alojarme!

Magnífica ubicación

Ubicación fantástica. Faltaba un buen set de sábanas para el sofá cama, la sábana bajera era muy, muy pequeña y prácticamente mi hijas durmieron sin sábana bajera lo cual me parece muy antihigiénico.
