Tremendous Experience!

The unit and resort exceeded our expectations (and our expectations were high given the ratings, reviews, pictures, etc). The room was clean, it comfortably fit our family of 6 (plenty of bed space with 3 comfortable king beds and a pull out, and 3 bathrooms), the pool and hot tub area were beautiful, and the maintenance of the grounds made for a stunning atmosphere on the beach. We also loved the location, next to a grocery store and near many dining and shopping options, close to the airport, and halfway between the north and south shores. We could not have asked for better, and we look forward to returning!!

everything we wanted and needed

we stayed at the condo wirh our college age kids - the layout was perfect and allowed for both family time and.quiet time. the pool and beach access were so convenient as was the location on the island. 25 min to Poipu, 30 min to Hanalei Bay. kitchen was perfect — and we loved playing card games after dark with the sound of the beach in the background. we leveraged the concierge services provided by Susie Purdy to help us book whale watching, kayaking, mountain tubing and more! already thibking about our next trip back!

Beautiful condo in Kapaa!

We loved staying at this condo, it was beautifully decorated with really comfortable beds. Loved how spacious it was and it had all the amenities too! Perfect spot for my family to stay in Kauai!

Great vacation

The room was just like the pictures. Especially liked the ice chest, beach chairs and the great wagon that was in the unit. We used them everyday. The property was beautiful and the pool was amazing! Right across the street there was a grocery store, Food places and ABC store. The host Candace Mack always got back to us when we needed her. We are definitely going to book this unit again!

Fantastic property

We loved the space and really enjoyed our time. we were a family with four adults and four kids ranging in ages from 9 to 13. The location was convenient to drive to all the destinations we wanted to go to and we loved walking into town for breakfast, coffee, and treats! The staff was great and, the condo was perfect. We would absolutely stay again.

Awesome place

Ideal place for a family especially with little kids. Pools is nice with slides for the kids. Drivable to everywhere on the island. Beach towels provided by the resort daily. Easy check in and communication with host.

Perfect place for our family of four

Great condo with great views. Loved the pool and hot tubs. Had a sea lion on the rocky part of the beach most days. Great communication with owners when pass codes changed for the pool and Wi-Fi.

Lovely condo

This condo was perfect for my family. It is beautifully decorated with a nice ocean view. We enjoyed the central location of Kapaa for our outings to Tunnel Beach, Poipu Beach and Na Pali coast (via Port Allen). Thank you!

This is paradise!

Fantastic place, pictures do not do it justice. Perfect large space for our two families. Great pool and access to ocean. Safeway across the street so made life easy. Great communication and easy check in, walk right in process. Highly recommend.

So Accommodating!

We have stayed in other 2 bedrooms in this complex and this one by far is superior. More room, updated and owners are so accomodating. Cannot say enough good about Candace! We will definitely be back! Oh the morning view is spectacular! Can see whales from kitchen!

Great Place!

We had such a great time here. The place is perfect for 4 or more people. We had our infant with us and I messaged them beforehand and they were able to deliver a pack-n-play to us before arriving. Great location for visiting all sides of the island. We utilized the kitchen to cook some meals, grilled once and ate at local places. The restaurant/bar on site was good for grabbing a drink for the awesome pool and we enjoyed a really nice dinner there too. Highly recommend this place!

Beach resort

The stay was wonderful. The condo everything we expected. However location was not the best. Traffic was horrible. Took an hour to drive 10 miles on Hwy in front of condo. Would probably not stay here again due to location.

If You Have to Work

Was there on business for a few days but was able to enjoy this spacious and comfortable unit. Full size designer appliances and a washer dryer were a plus. And having Safeway and Starbucks across the street was awesome. Would definitely come back, but next time with my family- not for work. Fantastic unit all around!

An A+ Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was exactly as marketed. The suite was large and comfortable and the views straight out to the pool and ocean were exquisite. The resort location was perfect in Kapaa, half way between Poipu and Princeville made it ideal for day trips in both directions. The resort was outstanding. We all enjoyed the huge pool and multiple hot tubs and our morning sunrise views were incredible. The suite itself was really comfortable for all six adults. This was our first family vacation since our kids were married and grown and it turned out to be absolutely perfect. We highly recommend this unit.

Great Host. Great Resort. Great Location

Our family and 3 daughters, 10, 7, and 5, all enjoyed the room and resort. The view is great!! The kids loved the 2 water slides and the kids hot tub. The Oasis Restaurant is only open 3-9 which is a bummer for hanging out poolside. We did enjoy some cocktails when they were open. Dinner there was also incredible. The location is great to be able to head north or south on the island. We did both on different days and a no more than 45 mins to the best the north and south side of the island have to offer. Kap’aa is a great town. The food options are plentiful and didn’t have a bad meal. Being directly across from Safeway was also great when we got into town to stock up on some essentials. When we come back, we hope to stay here!! Mahalo.

Great space and location for family vacation

The property was just as described. Very nice and spacious for our group of 5. Myself, husband, two little ones and my mother in law. Beds and pillows were very comfy. I do wish there was some more spices/cooking oil in the kitchen. I think we had a Maui seasoning, Montreal chicken seasoning and salt packets. Buying spices is expensive (to use just a few times). Maybe pack some basic spices with you. The hotel grounds are beautiful and truly feels like an oasis. Great for kids with its two water slides and the depth of the pool not exceeding 4.5 feet. The weather was stormy while we were there so we didn’t make it to the beach but from a far, it did not look kid friendly due to the surf. There is a shopping center directly across the street that was so convenient to be able to grab groceries. Especially since the only on site restaurant is closed for two days a week and doesn’t open until 3pm. That was a bummer. So unless you’re hanging out at the resort a car rental is needed to get to other restaurants. Make the drive to Sam’s Ocean View and have the grilled cheese. Omg. It’s an adults version and I’ll say it again-omg.

Spacious, Clean Condo and the View Delivers!

My husband, two daughters (24 and 27) and daughter’s boyfriend (28) came to Kapaa to visit with my brother-in-law and nephew. The condo was clean, the view was stunning and the space was perfect! The kitchen was full-size and fully-equipped (down to having small tupperware containers that we could use to take lunches to the beach). We had beach chairs that we could take on our amazing beach excursions to Anini, Tunnels and Poipu beaches. We did end up buying 3 beach towels at Ross because we were not sure if we could take pool towels with us off the property. We were thrilled to swim with turtles at Anini, see monk seals on the beach and in the water at Poipu and watch the turtles come up out of the water at sunset on Poipu Beach. We went up into Waimea Canyon and the view was incredible (if you want lunch at the Lodge, go early, it fills up!) We enjoyed a tour given by our talented tour guide and brother-in-law “Best of Both Worlds” at the Allerton and McBride Gardens, in which we took pictures at the same trees filmed in Jurassic Park. Wear long pants and long sleeves and take bug repellent! We have stayed all over the islands because we have family there. This place was absolutely perfect on space and beauty. The pool was awesome! The convenience of Safeway, Starbucks, Ross, ABC Store and shave ice right across the street was helpful.The only bummers for us were that the beach in front of the condo was not walkable or good for swimming and traffic out of Kapaa was heavy.
