convenience.

Elegant 6 bedroom property in Davenport.

A wonderful property with plenty of space to live as 3 families, 2 grandparents, 2 children with partners, 4 grandchildren. The pool and jacuzzi were great. All rooms had plenty of space, and were clean and comfortable.

House was not very clean, the property was beautiful well kept outside, pool was enjoyable.

Renting the property was a very easy process listing was correct, no issues with payment or inaccuracy.

Estate was OK the upstairs stay hot for some odd reason I don’t know if the air conditioner wasn’t working but it was always hot upstairs. The trash compactor stopped working and I end up fixing it myself cause I was trying to have me responsible and the stuff that was in there we didn’t eat. Also the iron has a short in it. And the childproof doors are the batteries around low so it made it irritating noise until we got ready to leave. Other than that it was ok

We checked the AC temp upstairs and it was OK. The guest told us that he ran a bunch of potato skins down the garbage disposal and now the disposal would not drain water. So that is a situation where the problem was caused by the guest. He did not want us to send a plumber out because he did not want to pay for it. But when he says that they didn't put anything down the garbage disposal, that is not a correct statement by the guest in this review. And if there were low batteries in the child safety system for the pool doors, why didn't he call and tell us.

Nice property but…

Nice property and it smelled of bleach which I liked because it means it was cleaned! Mattress were the worst though. After going to amusement parks for days and coming back to those mattresses were torture for everyone in my group. Also a very bad ant issue, can’t leave any food out for any amount of time. Went to bathroom came back and ants took over food. They even come on the stove while cooking and are inside of mircowave. But everything matches with ad. Not a bad place - uncomfortable mattress and ant issue. I’m sure that’s something that can be fixed easy.

Plenty of Space

The home was good and just as listed. We had 3 families stay for a basketball tournament. We had a very small pest problem and the pool needed cleaning, but this was all taken care of once reported. The overall stay was pleasant. We had to buy wash cloths and an iron because the one in the house didn't work. But other than that we had a great time. The neighborhood was quiet and homie. The biggest issue was traffic getting to and from the property. We drove 45+ mins back and forth each day to Orlando. That was exhausting and tool up a LOT of our time. The property management company was responsive and flexible. Overall experience was 4.3 stars.

Nice house...only thing i think that needs changing on listing is to add the laundry is downstairs...it was in a nice neighborhood and very close to Disney...would stay there a again!!!
