The building offers Indoor & outdoor heated pools ping pong room arcade room seasonal gift shop (open only in summer) saunas in both restrooms on the second floor and a deli for breakfast and lunch! This lovely 2 Bedroom condo is ready to make your new vacation memories!

*There is a $100 Quay Amenity Fee required due upon arrival, payable by credit card at security. This fee includes one parking pass, indoor outdoor heated pools, ping pong room, arcade room, and seasonal (summer only) Café for breakfast and lunch. Additional parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost to purchase a second pass is $15.00/day or $100.00/week.

Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

Just wish it was cleaner

This condo is in a nice area, however, the place was filthy when we got there. There was sand everywhere on the floors in every room as soon as we walked in. The shower had mold in the corners, I felt like I had to wear water shoes while taking a shower. The main bedroom with the black furniture had dust all over the dressers, bed and nightstand. There was sand in the beds but thankfully I found a vacuum in the closet (that wasn’t cleaned out by the way) to shake out the

Nice condo

The kitchen needs to be updated. Dishwasher is old. Kitchen sink only has a faucet. No sprayer. Pans are old. You may want to bring your own pans for cooking. Condo is also in 24th floor which I was unaware of. I would’ve preferred a condo on a lower floor.
