Whether you're visiting for a relaxing beach vacation, a youth sports tournament, or Ocean City’s seasonal events, this condo offers the perfect location and comfort for your stay.

June 12th - September 4th, Sunday evenings sundaes are served in beautiful Northside Park paired with your favorite live music! A great event for the entire family. In addition to building your own ice cream sundae and free music there are various free activities and entertainment especially for the kids! Pack up your beach chair, blanket and snacks for a fun night under the stars complete with a fireworks display at 9:00 PM.

The condo was beautiful-clean and roomy. All appliances (and AC) worked well. Ceiling fans and TVs were great, too! Location was close to the beach and many places nearby for food/drinks! Porch was nice with plenty of seating. Games provided as well as books..Easy check in/out. Would definitely stay here again!!

Found this listing randomly when we decided to come down for the 4th. It was perfect. Plenty of room for 6 of us. Great distance to the beach for the kids and in walking distance if so many restaurants! The owners were great and easy to get ahold of and even left glow sticks for my kids for July 4th. Will definitely rent again.

Absolutely Amazing

From start to finish editing was GREAT. Plenty of space, very clean, soft beds, cold air and awesome fans. We stayed six days, and enjoyed every minute. Close to several attractions in walking distance. Boardwalk is a drive, but you get to see the sites as you go. Beach is closer than expected, and parking was right out front. If you book here, you won’t be disappointed.

Great location, inaccurate details

10/10 location, two blocks from the beach and walkable to a grocery store, cafes, restaurants. However, the bed sizes in the listing (1 king, 1 queen, twin bunk beds) is inaccurate. The bunk beds are a full and queen. This wouldn’t be a huge problem, except you are responsible for bringing your own linens. To do that, the listing needs to be accurate. Additionally, the place was a little unclean and the check in process was clunky.

Ocean City has always been a special place for us. We’ve been coming to the beach here since we were kids, and many of our best memories were made right here — long beach days, bike rides around town, fireworks at the park, and relaxing evenings listening to the ocean.

When we found this condo, we loved the location immediately. Being just steps from the beach and across from Northside Park makes it easy to enjoy everything that makes Ocean City so special — from summer concerts and fireworks to youth sports tournaments and family walks along the bay.

Our goal as hosts is simple: to create a comfortable place where families and friends can come together and make their own beach memories. Whether it’s kids experiencing the ocean for the first time, families cheering at a tournament across the street, or relaxing on the balcony after a long day at the beach, we love knowing our place can be part of those moments.

We hope you enjoy Ocean City as much as we always have, and that your stay here becomes part of your own family traditions for years to come.

Why they chose this property

We chose this part of Ocean City because it offers the best balance of beach access, beautiful surroundings, and a quieter atmosphere. The beach is less than a block away, making it incredibly easy to start the day with a walk on the sand or spend the afternoon enjoying the ocean.

Just across the street is Northside Park, which we think is one of the true hidden gems of Ocean City. The park offers wide open green space, walking paths along the bay, playgrounds, sports fields, and some of the most amazing sunset views in town.

What we love most about this area is the welcoming, friendly atmosphere. It’s peaceful compared to the busier sections of Ocean City, yet you’re still close to everything — the beach, local restaurants, family activities, and the events at the park throughout the year.

For us, it’s the perfect place to relax, enjoy the views, and experience everything that makes Ocean City special.

What truly makes our condo special is the location and the experiences it offers. Being less than a block from the beach means you can easily walk back and forth throughout the day—perfect for beach mornings, lunch breaks, and sunset walks.

At the same time, we’re located directly across from Northside Park, which many visitors consider a hidden gem in Ocean City. Guests can walk to summer concerts, fireworks, playgrounds, sports tournaments, and beautiful bayfront walking paths without ever needing to move their car.
