The main level has an open floor plan with cathedral ceiling in the living room, bright sunroom, eat-in kitchen with granite countertops, den with sleep sofa and laundry facilities. The lower level has a full-size pool table and spacious family room. The third floor has BR#1 Queen where you can watch the sunrise over the canal from the large deck. BR#2 King has a private balcony. There is a full bathroom on each floor.
The private dock gives boat owners, kayakers or paddle boarders direct access to Washburn Island and Nantucket Sound. Come and discover Monomoscoy Island bird sanctuary and all it has to offer.
