O condomínio é seguro e muito organizado. Praias boas para banho e com pouca gente, ótimas para quem quer sossego. Próximo ao bar e restaurante do prefeitunho tem algumas piscinas naturais em momento de maré baixa, ótima para crianças.

A casa é bem cuidada, agradável, limpa, equipada e funcional. Piscineiro cordial e sempre presente. Deixamos um agradecimento especial à funcionaria Helena (cozinheira) pontual, prestativa, alegre e sempre disposta e a Gabrielle que nos atendeu prontamente em tudo. A estada foi excelente. A casa é muito boa, tudo conforme fotos. 5 suítes, sendo 3 em cima e 2 no térreo. A piscina tem temperatura agradável o dia todo. A praia fica a uns 5minutos de caminha e é bem deserta na época que fomos (março). Para chegar às barracas, é necessário caminhar uns 10minutos. Em frente ao condomínio há mercadinhos simples e farmácia. O ecopoint, com opções para comer, fica a uns 3 minutos de caminhada somente. No geral, gostamos bastante do local. Ficamos em 3 casais com filhos.

A comunicação com a administradora foi excelente, alguns detalhes podem ser melhorados, como a limpeza dos utensílios da cozinha que estavam guardados com restos de comida, o Wi-Fi tb estava oscilando muito, nada que desabone a estadia. A casa é muito boa e ventilada.

Excelente custo benefício para grupos grandes (o nosso tinha 17 pessoas). Casa bem equipada, exatamente como nas fotos e descrições. Piscina aquecida e varanda agradável. Imóvel próximo à praia, é possível ir caminhando. Cozinheira e faxineira indicadas pela proprietária são ótimas. O condomínio é ótimo, seguro. Excelente praça com quadras poliesportivas, de areia, campinho de futebol, parquinho, para ir no final da tarde ou mesmo à noite. Lazer para a família toda, com muitos seguranças no local.

O Imóvel atendeu bem nossas expectativas. O que poderia ser acrescentado para melhorar o atendimento ao hóspede, seria oferecer mantas ou colchas para dormir, toalha de banho, mesmo que sejam alugadas, pq isso facilita o transporte de bagagens. O talheres poderiam ser melhores tambem. No mais, tudo conforme o esperado. A Anfitriã é pouco maleável e inflexivel, mas mesmo assim, a estádia foi boa.

Excelente casa! Muito bem montada e equipada, com a ressalva para o vazamento no box de dois banheiros e fechaduras soltas de algumas portas. Os aparelhos de ar condicionado não são dos mais novos e tornaram o valor da energia elétrica (cobrada a parte) bastante salgado. No mais, é um imóvel muito bom, que nos proporcionou ótima estadia. A diarista e cozinheira são pessoas excepcionais, com trabalho primoroso! Agradeço à proprietária e disponibilidade e atenção.
