Family Friendly

Great place to stay with our large family, quite relaxing as the kids had plenty to keep them occupied, the farm animals were a "hit". The adults esp loved the outdoor spa.

Stayed over Easter, great property with so much to do…table tennis, basketball, golf, pool table, swimming and for night time, a great fire pit…we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property was very clean and well kept

We could not have asked for more from our stay. The house is spacious and well-appointed and the property is just beautiful. Becky (property manager) was incredibly responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this listing.

Ultimate seclusion

Hidden away in the mountains, a property that didn't disappointment in all aspects. Very large house fit for a large group.

Great weekend away with the boys

Plenty of space, clean and they had everything we needed. Coffee machine, all utensils, you name it!

Great stay at Coomba Bay

Awesome, well equipped house for a group of families. Kids had a blast and the adults did too. Great indoor and outdoor tables for big group meals. Pool fantastic. Loved the ponies. Thank you Becky for great communication

Perfect for a group getaway

The property is amazing - sensational outlook. Spacious rooms, very clean and well appointed. Everything we could have hoped for for our girls weekend away. Thankyou so much we had a great time!

The perfect family reunion property

We could not have asked for more from our stay at Sutherland Downs. Our 4 families come together every year and this is a property that we will return to again and again. The house is kind of set up like a mini motel allowing for a spread out and spacious feeling despite 20 people staying. Becky the property manager is delightful and so helpful. We loved the games room, the ponies, the view and the huge amounts of space. Thanks so much.
