A nice, comfortable stay for 3 or 4 adults

This place was just about right for our group of three for a couple of nights. The furnishings and configuration are good. The only minor quibbles: The en suite bathroom is quite cramped, some of the provided towels and washcloths should be replaced, and coffee: Unless some things were well hidden, there is a Keurig machine but no pods and ground coffee but no regular machine to use it in.

Great house in quiet neighborhood

My wife and I stayed at this great house while our daughter competed in a collegiate national dance competition in Daytona. We enjoyed walking to the local coffee shops and taking our breakfast to the beach each morning. The grocery store and other conveniences were just steps away. Perfect location away from the chaos of Daytona. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

We had the perfect location for our Daytona 500 adventure! Our property was conveniently located for day trips, easy access to all the sights, restaurants, activities and it was in a quiet neighborhood. Super clean, great screened in porch for breakfast and just far enough away from the hustle/bustle of Daytona to not wait for meals, minimal traffic, etc. It was perfect!

We had the perfect beach house for our trip to the Daytona 500! Quiet, easy to get to, conveniently located near sights, restaurants, etc. There was minimal traffic, easy to navigate and plenty to do in close proximity. Great and cute property!

Four of us stayed at this property, and it was a great experience! We came for a nearby competition and loved the convenience of the location, the smooth check in process, and the cute and clean house. I didn’t need to contact the property owner, but there were very clear instructions on how to. The outside area was large and cozy. Wish we had more time to spend here!

Lovely little house!

We were in the area to visit family. We arrived very late but had no problem getting into the house. This is the kind of place we like to rent on vacation: everything you need without unnecessary frills. The owner checked to see if we needed anything and was very responsive to comments. If needed, I would definitely rent again.

Mostly positive experience

Nice house in a good area with groceries very nearby. Some of the electrical outlets were loose in the wall or electrical boxes open and exposed. Because the plumbing is routed outside the rear of the house, it took FOREVER to get hot water for showers or hand washing. To be fair, we were in the area during a very cold stretch of weather by Florida standards.
