This was our second stay at this beautiful home for our annual trip to Bethany, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The house has everything we could possibly need for a relaxing week at the beach and truly feels like a home away from home. We always look forward to coming back, and we’re already excited for our next stay!

This place was great. It was large enough for our family of 7 and the great room was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped which was great because we make all of our meals instead of eating out. The high chair was good to have for our 1yr old grandchild. And it was a nice bonus to have access to the community pool and tennis facilities. Spent lots of time with the grandkids at the pool. The pool was set-up exceptionally for smaller kids in particular (our grandkids are 1yr and almost 4yr), but still comfortable for adults as well. Also it’s still close enough to drive to the beach. The only thing I wasn’t used to was having to pay separately/additionally for linens and towels.

Beautiful property

Well equipped , home in excellent condition . Very nice community . Pool was super nice . Gym was on smaller side but decent . TVs were all streaming - not a fan but sign of the times ! We had a great experience overall !

Family Beach Vacation

Our stay was wonderful! The house offered the perfect space and excellent entertainment. It even included all kitchen appliances, cleaning supplies, and anything we could have needed to go to the beach. The only downside was that there were a lot of ticks all throughout the neighborhood so we had to be very diligent about checking us and our dog multiple times a day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice rental home with lots of extras -- bikes, beach chairs/umbrellas, games, puzzles, etc. all which made for a fun vacation. Only complaint is with the linen rental company -- sheets smelled bad and needed to be cleaned before using.

Wonderful community

Extended family week at the beach! We have been staying in Bethany for over twenty years each summer at a relative’s home. This is our first time renting in a different community. The house was beautiful and met all of our needs. Having a pool was a huge bonus. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet, and a wonderful area to walk and bike. Fantastic week!
