Perfect in every way! A wonderful summer with our children and friends. Friendly community, convenient to everything, and completely updated home with seaside aesthetic decor. Owner was easy to contact, as was property manager. Our home away from home.

Nice layout of the home and for the most part it is well stocked including kitchen. Love Sebastian area! Love the screen porch. The railroad so close does make it noisy day and night.

This rental was a lovely place to stay for our 2 months of "snow-birding" in Florida. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Breezy Village and the town of Sebastian and so did our guests. The residents here have been very friendly & welcoming, the heated pool and clubhouse were great and we really like the area....Sebastian is a lovely community. This is the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in; the beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was excellent. Additionally, it was nice to have a good array of cleaning & household needs/supplies already on hand and a well-appointed kitchen and laundry. The screened-in patio had a nice 4-seat high-top table and a padded wicker sofa & table set to enjoy some quiet time without the direct heat of the sun. We had a few minor issues upon arrival, but they were responded to very quickly and resolved to our satisfaction. We are pleased to be returning next winter!
