Overall enjoyed stay very much. Pool not working first 2 weeks but beautiful last 2 weeks of stay. Nice layout of home - cleanliness needs work and furniture in living room not very conducive for older renter. Neighborhood generally quiet and safe.

We had a great vacation with good weather. The house is centrally placed and well laid out, so easy to get to shops, restaurants and beaches. We had certain issues with the house but it was solved by the property manager and the SWFL vacation. Many things to enjoy in the area - definitely go to Sanibel and enjoy the beaches- gulf side, Algiers is our favorite. Also try Sanibel Sprout. Restaurants on the Caps include Bread Pete’s, Captain Hooks, Fathoms, .and the Social House

We needed a place to stay to help my displaced father out after Hurricane Ian and this place was perfect. Had all of the things we needed everything was in working order and it even had a beautiful pool to relax in after a long day of work at my Dad's.

Villa Mimsey

We were very satisfied with the house and its location. Everything was clean and all the important items were there. Denny welcomed us very warmly and helpfully the day after we arrived and was available at any time to answer questions. Only the pictures of the pool area should be updated, as it is a little outdated and looks a little different in terms of flooring.We can absolutely recommend the house.

We loved this place. It was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The pool is great too. Denny, from SWFL Vacation Rentals, checked in on us our second morning. He was so nice and helpful. He took the time to answer our questions about the area. There also was a nice document they left about information around the area. There is tons to do in Cape Coral and it is close to Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and Captiva Island. All of them have great beaches. You will not be disappointed in the house and area!

Enjoyed our stay, but could use some freshening up.

The location of the house is nice - close to everything, but quiet enough area to enjoy peace and quiet. Kitchen has lots of dishes and glasses. Pots and pans were ok and 2 coffee makers, but I would have liked a tea kettle. TVs in the living room and bedrooms were all in good working order. Nice fridge with filtered water and ice maker. Master bedroom and bathroom were nice and roomie.Some repairs would have increased my enjoyment - stained pool made it look dirty, bed in spare bedroom could be updated and peeling ceilings could be touched up.
