“Goldeneye” (3021 Southerly Way) Come relax by the river in a waterfront bungalow located on the stunning Kiawah River. Just adjacent to the Dunlin Hotel, the Bungalows are a limited collection of furnished boathouses nestled along a quiet creek off the Kiawah River. The spirit of the Bungalows is all about carefree romantic getaways or the ideal jumping off point for authentic Lowcountry adventures from this picturesque riverfront village.
Goldeneye offers a small kitchenette, Keurig style coffee maker, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, stand-alone ice maker, mini fridge, king bed and walk-in shower with tub. Washer/Dryer is provided under the bungalow in the garage. There are 16 steps to enter the 2nd floor property. There is an outdoor shower under the bungalow in the garage. The outdoor porch is a perfect place to take in breathtaking coastal views.
Goldeneye is part of the vibrant Kiawah River community on Johns Island. You're just a 5-minute drive to Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island, and Freshfields Village, and only 25 minutes from historic downtown Charleston. Embrace the local charm: walk or bike extensive trails, play tennis or pickle ball, shop Rosebanks farm, join a goat yoga class, book a kayak, boat, or fishing tour departing just steps from your door.

Admission for children ages 4–11 is $25 per day, and children under 4 are admitted free. Cute little bungalow. Just as advertised and the location is gorgeous. Access to the hotel and facility if we wanted (we choose not to) but lovely walking paths accessible at all times. Winter was a bit of a weird time to visit but still lovely.
We have visited the Goldeneye Bungalow three times. We spent 10 days there on our honeymoon and this time was our 2nd wedding anniversary. We have both agreed that it was beyond perfect for the occasions. The washer and dryer that we found added this time completed our overall experience! Jesse and Marcia France
We had a great time at this property and in this neighborhood. Our friends hosted the most beautiful welcome party and wedding on the property and being walking distance made the weekend all the more wonderful. We loved being able to check out the agrihood. The bungalow was charming and perfect for an extended weekend and the fire pit was the perfect place to end the night with our friends also staying in bungalows.
Place is just like in the photos. Parking was easy. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen had all the things you need to make a meal. AC worked well to keep the place cool. The outside was too hot to enjoy, but tastefully decorated. The Dunlin is a 1min walk and they have coffee, full restaurant, and latte night drinks, so you don't have to drive out 10min for the next closest restaurant.
Wonderful atmosphere and accommodations. Perfect to get away and spend time together especially on your Honeymoon. Beautiful Bungalow. The property manager went above and beyond to accommodate us. She personally brought us towels and sheets after hours to ensure we were comfortable. Super nice young lady. We would certainly recommend this beautiful property to others. We look forward to returning in the future.
We would like to suggest having a washer dryer clothes facility for guests and maybe someplace close to dine out. Just a thought.
Such an amazing little getaway! We can’t recommend this place enough… Absolutely stunning and serene experience… Great place for Viking, great restaurants on site and the pools and amenities are spectacular. We will definitely be returning!
