It was the perfect size for our family gathering for my brother's memorial in Pultneyville. It was a little difficult with just 2 bathrooms but it was clean and the location was ideal.

We had a very nice 3 day stay. Suggestions for future:Add some outdoor furniture- front porch and or patio Need a 1/2 bath on the 1st floor to accommodate guests without going through a bedroom Very nice spacious and clean. Great location!Thanks

Beautiful Home!

Stayed here with some friends and coworkers for about 3 weeks while in town for work, and we’re very happy with our stay. It’s a beautiful historic home that was comfortable and roomy. Such a cute town, too! Would absolutely stay here again if I come back to the area.

Beautiful home with lots of space for multiple families to share comfortably! We absolutely loved the big yard - even took a professional family portrait on the grounds! We plan to book again next summer!

This house is the perfect place to gather your family for a great weekend away! There is plenty of space to spread out, a great big yard for a family photo, a kickball game and a little cookout. We love the little town of Sodus but the stay at this house makes the whole experience so much better. The town is walking distance. The beach is very close - not walkable but close enough to scoot back and forth with the little ones. We will continue to come back year after year!

Family Getaway

Clean spacious house. Excellent location...quick walk to beach, playground, several restaurants, coffee truck. House was well stocked with pillows, towels, beach towels, kitchen essentials, games, etc. Would have been nice to have a gas grill...small charcoal grill not con ducive to our large group.

Sodus Point Retreat

This property is a must see. It has a great location in the heart of Sodus Point. Everything is in walking distance. The host did a great job making us feel welcome between the candy dish the jar of coffee, the guest book and so much more. The décor was so nice. There is a mix of antiques and collectables along with cozy linens and fluffy towels.
