Great 4th of July get away to Brunswick. Loved the proximity to the downtown shopping without needing to drive. Easy drive to Harper's Ferry for the morning as well. Enjoyed relaxing in the evening in the hot tub with a cold drink.

My husband & I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, kitchen well-stocked, and it was the perfect location for a race I did along the C & O Canal. We made the short drive to Harper’s Ferry to go to dinner one night. We will definitely book again if we return to the area.

From the owner: "Thank you so much for your lovely review! I’m so glad the apartment was a great fit for your trip—and how wonderful that you were able to enjoy the C&O Canal and make a visit to Harpers Ferry. It’s always a joy to host guests who are exploring the area. We’d be delighted to welcome you both back anytime you’re in town!"
I never leave a review for anything but this place deserved a special call out. If I could rate this place 20 stars I would. The owner really thought of everything to make time stay comfortable. They provided towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, a makeup remover washcloth, nice pillows, extra blankets. Off to the kitchen, if was fully stocked with everything you need to cook including a dishwasher. The bed was a king size bed, very comfortable and a cozy bedroom. The deck off the bedroom was an extra perk! Let’s not forget the clawfoot tub!!! It was so soothing and relaxing to sit back and enjoy a hot bath after a long day of traveling. The chandelier above the tub really set the relaxation mood! If you’re looking for a place to stay I HIGHLY recommend this place!! Thank you to the wonderful owners for a great stay!

It means the world to us to hear that the details—from the linens and kitchen to the clawfoot tub and chandelier—helped make your time comfortable, relaxing, and special. We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay and would absolutely love to welcome you back again in the future!
We loved having the hot tub on the deck! The place was spacious, clean, very cute, the owner checked on us one day and answered a few questions.
Overall very good and we were very pleased with our stay 😊

We enjoyed our stay and thought the place was very cute and cozy. The hot tub unfortunately wasn’t warming up because of the weather being too cold but it was still an enjoyable stay.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The only bummer is that the hot tub doesn’t really hold heat (it was cold when we went). Since that was one of the main reasons we chose this place that was a bit of a let down. I’m sure with the weather warming up it would be perfect. Other than that, the place is beautiful and relaxing. The area is beautiful and quiet.

From the owner: "Early in the season, it’s a toss-up on the weather with the hot tub. Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay otherwise."
This above garage apartment was perfect for a weekend away with my daughter. We headed into harpers ferry (just a 10 minute drive) for white water rafting. The local restaurants ( walking distance) were great- boxcar was a fav for delicious burgers and beans at the belfry for cool ambiance. Brunswick is hilly so the walk is short but a good workout! The apartment was well stocked with coffee, tea and even cooking spices. Clean and comfy and very aesthetically pleasing.

From the owner:"Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that you and your daughter had a wonderful weekend getaway and enjoyed both the apartment and all the local gems—Boxcar and Beans at the Belfry are favorites of ours too! We’re glad you found the space comfortable, well-stocked, and a pleasant retreat after your Harper’s Ferry adventure. And yes; those Brunswick hills do add a bit of cardio to the charm! We’d love to welcome you back anytime."
This was the perfect property for my family of 3. The large king size bed in the bedroom was SO COMFORTABLE. The twin bed in the living room was also extremely comfortable, according to my 15 year old. It was great having 2 bathrooms, as well. The property was clean and inviting. It was extremely easy to get to the house and it was nice to have our own area away from the main house. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone from couples to a family of four. Thanks!

I’m thrilled to hear that the space was a perfect fit for your family and that everyone found the beds so comfortable, including your teenager (which is high praise!). I’m glad the setup with two bathrooms made things even easier during your stay. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I truly appreciate the recommendation. You’re welcome back anytime!"
Owners thought of everything! My wife loved it for its cuteness and cleanliness. It’s in the historic district and a 5 minute walk to the canal. We enjoyed the veranda and had both mornings our breakfast there. This location will be saved as one of our favorites. Thank you for the great stay!

From the owner: "Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us. We are glad you enjoyed your visit and hope you can come again!"
The owners have a wonderful apartment decorated beautifully and fresh, bright, clean and well stocked with items one may have forgotten to pack. Be it toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo. The kitchen has all the essential items needed. You are close to many different locations to visit, should you desire. It was our experience that any time we had a question or wondered about something, we received an answer promptly. They truly put forth thought and effort into everything.
I can’t wait to go back! Beautiful apartment and literally every detail you could think of was available!
While I didn’t have my dogs on this trip, I plan to return with them to hike nearby. Even dog shampoo was stocked!
Everything was clean, organized, and communicated clearly.
Keypads were easy to use, hot tub instructions clear, and overall very welcoming and comfortable!.
I highly recommend!!!

Wowza!!!! Amazing!!!
I booked this coachhouse for two weeks for a little get away and work. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the hosts and property! We hate to leave and I hope to come back in the near future. The property was spotless, beautiful, private, cozy, conveniently located, beautiful view, well stocked beyond our needs and I could go on and on. The claw foot tub and chandelier was so nice. The hot tub was lovely on the deck with a beautiful view in a cozy neighborhood close to the train. Quaint town within walking distance with welcoming locals. Thank you for a remarkable stay. You have been amazing hosts.

Very comfortable stay!
This was a great pit stop for us as we biked a long section of the C&O Canal. Clean, comfortable, and we really appreciated the nice clawfoot bathtub and the private deck hot tub for soaking our sore muscles in! The kitchen was well stocked, especially with spices and equipment. Toiletries included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and lotion. And there were even separate beach towels for the hot tub! Also appreciated the playing cards and TV for rainy days. We could not even hear the train whistles from down the hill in Brunswick over the bedroom AC/fan. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

From the owner: "Thank you for your visit and generous review. Please come again!"
We came for a quick stay to hit Harper’s Ferry and some antiquing in Leesburg. Location was great for both as we were right in the middle. The town was cute but on our first night nearly every restaurant was closed which was strange mid week. The house itself was fine but definitely seemed like no one had been in there for a while and it could have used a serious vacuuming before we came. Not a huge deal as we aren’t terribly picky but for a lot of other people it would have been an issue. The air conditioner in the kitchen was barely working so my kids were really uncomfortable sleeping in the living room. The first day my car read 103 so that night was rough but the second day it really cooled off. They should probably get that fixed especially being on the second floor.

Hi Katie, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and found it convenient for exploring Harper’s Ferry and Leesburg. We’re sorry to hear that the A/C and cleanliness didn’t meet your expectations during your stay. After discussing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to address the following:- The A/C unit in the kitchen struggled to keep up with the extreme heat, and we understand that this made your first night uncomfortable. While the unit was doing its best to lower the temperature, we could have provided a secondary unit if we had been aware of the issue. This option will be made available for future guests.- We wish you had reached out about the need for vacuuming, as we would have gladly arranged for additional cleaning. We appreciate your understanding and your feedback, as it helps us improve the experience for future guests. We hope you had a pleasant stay overall and that you’ll consider staying with us again in the future!
Very clean. Bethany was very responsive and always available for any questions that I had. There is a private entrance and parking available, which is awesome. Overall, the apartment is beautiful, light and airy with beautiful decor. It was set up great for my pups, It had treats and doggy bags, and even a small crate available if needed. The kitchen is set up with everything you need to cook a meal, the refrigerator is a small apartment size which you may need to plan for, but it works great for us. It has a footed bathtub in a separate room with a toilet, making total of two toilets in the entire apartment, separate from each other, if needed. Shower as well. The bathtub room felt like a little small, personal spa, it was awesome! Even had which came in handy when I forgot my toothpaste. Made the stay extremely easy.
Very happy with our stay, would gladly book again with Bethany in an instant!

Valentines weekend
The stay here was awesome! The hosts were very responsive and helpful when contacted throughout our stay. The place itself is gorgeous and we took advantage of the hot tub, bath tub, and space around the property. The neighbors were friendly and offered their space for additional parking which wasn't needed but appreciated. I was arriving with my spouse so I asked the hosts to help me with a few romantic surprises and the hosts went above and beyond! I appreciated this SO much! Thanks again, we really enjoyed the personal touches and amenities available (toothpaste, toothbrush, face masks, coffee, condiments, dog bowls, treats, waste bags, handheld vacuum, fire pit, clean towels, et cetera) it helped to not have to bring so many things with us and we had a great time. It’s a great location near Harpers Ferry brewery which was delicious and we watched the Superbowl at Velocity Wings nearby also delicious. There’s also a shopping center less than a few minutes up the road for conveniences. Thank you again and I highly recommend staying here for future guests !
