With the 101 freeway only 3 minutes away, you can get where you need to be with ease. Enjoy a scenic route to visit our gorgeous coastal beaches or shoot downtown for world-class dining, sports venues, concert halls, and museums. The Hideaway is the perfect location for work or holiday travel, alone or with up to 2 additional guests to enjoy the magic of Hollywood.

Cook with a view in our fully stocked modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove/oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, pots/pans as well as a variety of cooking spices/oils and coffee/tea).
Sweet dreams with a view in a brand-new Queen size bed, and Custom Comfort Organic mattress on hotel quality linens. The ensuite Bathroom has a double sink with Soak-in Tub. And you can still enjoy the views from your own bedroom office workspace.
The open-plan living room hosts a 90" HDTV with AppleTV and streaming apps only.
Plus we recently added a Brand New Queen Size sofa bed that can be used in the Living Room area. (We no longer provide airbeds)
Our vintage mid-century modern dining table seats up to six guests.
A second bathroom with Walk-in Shower is located just off the kitchen.

Common Space Areas:
The entrance garden path and driveway are common spaces with the Owners who live in a separate home on the other side of the property with their own private path that Guests do not have access to. And you may meet their beautiful and friendly family dog roaming the property. ** The Owners are doing some remodeling work in their main house and you may see contractors in the property - they will not enter the guest house area. **

Pet Fee: Well-trained Small Dogs Under 30 lbs Approved with our $90 Pet Fee. No Cats. Max 2 dogs only.
Luggage drop-off is permitted outside on the outdoor deck area. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any personal belongings left in this area. Guest must be pre-approved or pre-arranged first before doing this.
HOUSE RULES:
It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted short-term rental with the City of LA. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the House Rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.
This is a short-term rental property only. No Tenants rights apply. You must check-out on the date your contract finishes.
* Minimum age to book is 25 yrs old. Valid photo ID required upon booking, plus names and ages of all your Guests.
* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am.
MAX # OF OCCUPANTS: 4 people (including infants)
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $ 100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.
NO SMOKING Smoking is allowed outside on the deck only. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine for the cost to eliminate residual odors.
NO UNAPPROVED PETS. Pet Fee $90
NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a $250 charge

Check-in was easy, kitchen facilities were good, Wi-Fi access, comfortable bed, nice outdoor space and was close enough to walk to Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood Bowl and restaurants. Loved Hollywood Hills area - beautiful view. Discovered hidden stairs and the Hightower elevator.

We had 4 nights in this cute cottage with great access to everywhere and pretty views. Well set-up and very easy access and communication from the agents. We found this perfect for us as a family.
Amazing house with amazing furnishings. Location was great as were the views. It was my sons favorite place on our vacation. I would stay here again if we come back to the area.

We had a fantastic time staying at the Hollywood Hideaway! Highly recommend! The accommodations were beautiful, stylish and clean and the location is within walking distance of many attractions. The outdoor sitting space is a relaxing oasis with frequent hummingbird visits and a great place to have your morning coffee. Would definitely stay there again.
Spent the weekend and loved the property. Walked to the Dolby, Hollywood Bowl, and Ymashiro restaurant. Everything was perfect.

Hollywood Hideaway is amazing! Walking, Driving or just sitting in the living room enjoying the view, you will love this place. We were there for a concert at the Hollywood Bowl it was perfect for us and just a short walk to the Bowl. We are already looking for a reason to come back!

The location had a great view of the city and the Hollywood sign and was near a lot of Hollywood attractions. Although getting to the area was a bit difficult, once we arrived we were greeted by the wonderful Nina . The space was open and felt very comfortable walking through .Would definitely see ourselves staying here again.

We had the best time at the Hollywood hideaway. It exceeded our expectations and felt more like a hotel stay. Everything was immaculate and well thought of. It was a very intuitive experience. The views are spectacular, the layout is cozy with ample space and the deck is dreamy. We will definitely be coming back here next time we visit! Great job itrip!

Perfect spot!
My 16-year old daughter and I loved this spot in the Hollywood hills! The space is beautiful inside and out, and well appointed. Views are spectacular and a great central location to so many things LA has to offer. The streets in the hills are tight so I’d recommend getting a smallish car if you’re renting. The owners and dog Nina are so friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay again!

View is spectacular, kitchen completely stocked, nicely decorated, HUGE TV and Nina (the lab) will come by if you like dogs. Photos exactly as shown on website. Gelson's is an excellent nearby grocery store with a tapas bar (try crab cakes and sushi). Danny (the Itrip manager) couldn't be more helpful when we had questions. Highly recommend!!

This property is exactly as described. Clean, beautiful, and functional. The drive up to the property is super narrow and whether walking or driving is not for the faint of heart - we are in our late 50’s early 60’s and active, but keep in mind that Uber will happily transport you where you want to go. Soaking tub was a real treat!
This is one of our favorite places to stay. We love the location. We love the views. We love having Miss Nina Simone come for her visits, ( that would be the owners black lab). We are so comfortable at this home and the owners are very gracious to offer us such a beautiful place to stay. I recommend this home to all. You will NOT be disappointed by any means. Close to everything!!! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Please take note that, if you are ever visiting Hollywood and the surrounding area, we highly recommend the Hollywood Hideaway Property! The home is spacious, comfortable, bright-sunny-happy, includes in-unit washer and dryer, and even offers two bathrooms! The exterior space is lush and beautiful, and the views are breathtaking.
