This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 5 minutes to Matlacha, 45 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 50 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.

Fancy Flamingo features beautiful airy décor, the three bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with two king size bedrooms.
Two of the king bedrooms have their isolated bathroom, which provides plenty of privacy. The third bedroom is situated next to the hallway bathroom. The den will also give your party additional space.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this generous set up. For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and high-top table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything. The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious island there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
The home has a highchair, children's fence around the pool area and is child friendly.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, lounging, outdoor shower, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for 6 guests, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, water lounge chaises and cooking outside in the build in kitchen with BBQ station, or just watching amazing sun sets from your western facing pool deck.
There is a light up boat dock and Tiki Hut, great for hanging out, canal fishing or boat docking.
The home offers beach chairs, beach umbrella, and two combo SUP/Kayaks.
